OLG just takes, takes, and takes. Especially with the promos. They are all are scam. 10x Wager ? Really? What a joke ! Can't even get to that point. The treasure drop winners? Not sure if anyone won anything ? Just a way to try and make money and I'm sure they do !! They should really team up with Gateway Casinos !! They are 2 peas in the same pod !! OLG used to be good. At least fair. You think you may recuperate some of your losses after a while . NOT going to happen. People probably have found much better online casinos. I spent more than enough money to prove that your chances of winning are extremely slim. Didn't expect to win every time, and of course you're gambling, so you can't expect a lot , but I've won something on every other site I've used, except this one. Several times I kept giving it another chance to give me a fair shake at a bonus , or a win that's the equivalent of my bet or higher, but just kept taking every dime quickly.... Over $1500 in 3 days... I really wish I had seen these reviews before I spent all that money. Anyway... Good luck to all that read this review. I hope you win huge. Cheers.

I have played multiple times on this site in the past few weeks and won nothing. I am so done with them just stealing my money. And that is what they are doing is stealing!. I spent 30$ this last session and my whole play experience last less than ten minutes. I am tired of this government run casino ripping me off. I am going to not play anymore because there is obviously NO WINNING WITH THIS CASINO!!!!!!

On April 12 evening I won Pick 4 lottery. I called the olg and was guided through the online form declaration. I received an email that the images weren’t clear. I resent clearer images and called to make sure it was received. After waiting 1 week after I got an email that the images couldn’t be read. It was then suggested that I send in form PDF. Again always I the customer has to call 1 week after before I know again PDF now, can’t open. It’s now May 25,2026 no word I call every other day no 1 can give me definitive answers. I then book an appointment for June 30, but was told that I can still send in another clearer images of my ID and ticket. It’s a shame that you bought a ticket, won and having difficulty to collect your money. In my opinion OLG has lost some credibility

I would give it zero stars if I could. I signed up for the weekly subscription which took me over half hour to figure it out. And since I never win anything more than a free play or $2, i am trying to cancel it. But to navigate the site to try and find where the hell the subscription page is, is basically impossible. And I manage website designs for a living. I think they do it on purpose so you get frustrated and give up.

Please tell me, I blocked myself for 1 week, came back on spent 200 dollars on Big Piggy Bank and could not even get a small bonus.
On top of that I won over 1000 and cashed out a few weeks ago, came back on after blocking myself for the 1 week and just so happens I cant win a dime...... Im thinking this site is definitely rigged.

They used to be decent, i used to get some wins that would actually pay bills and stuff, you know, like thousand dollars plus, but for the last couple months, all they have been doing is taking and taking and taking money with absolutely no return.They've changed the RTPs and rigged it heavily in favor of the house. Legal theft. Ontario gets enough from us in taxes, no need for them to be absolutely predatory and shady with online casinos too.

Site crashes constantly and their payouts are abysmal. I have played on this site, primarily slots, for about a year and a half. Horrible statistical payouts, misleading regarding payouts. I have won a few good size payouts but, even as a seasoned gambler, OLG is rigging games. There is no way that any player can spin a thousand times, only to not have a win on Thundering Blaze, with the cloud, one short of hitting. Something is very fishy, more like rotten fish! Being a mathematician and a type A, and on the spectrum, this site makes no sense on payouts. AVOID at all costs!

If I win money today, I'd like that money today... Why the hell does is take up to 5 business days to receive my winnings?

I don't know what's going on but I've been talking to lots of people everywhere all over the city. When I go buy lottery tickets and scratching tickets and everybody's telling me the same thing. No one's winning anything. What is going on? What are they doing? I used to win before now nothing. I spent so much money on scratching tickets and so many people as well and nobody's winning anything. I'm going to stop playing and save my money. I recommend the same thing for everyone else stop giving in

I play some numbers at a convenience king& Gage big bee 7 encore comes up on one of my ticket the retailer ask if I won't to council it I told him no I was looking at other things in the store while he was playing my numbers so I pay my bills after went home check for that tickets with that 7 encore it was not in the the rest of tickets the retailers stole my ticket be careful out there mark sure to watch these retailers

Change the name from OLG to the Great OlG rip off.
