I experienced an issue with raising free form orders on the One Advanced purchasing system

I experienced an issue with raising free form orders from the Purchasing (Marketplace) system to order essential STEM products. Jessica Mistry from One Advanced was very patient and worked through and resolved the technical issue with myself and a colleague providing professional and diligent support. I had an excellent experience with…PJ Byrne

I had an excellent experience with OneAdvanced, thanks to PJ. As soon as I raised my case, he picked it up straight away and followed up with a call almost immediately, even leaving me a voicemail to ensure contact.

When I asked if we could connect via Teams, PJ sent an invite straight away and made time to talk things through in detail. On the call, he was outstanding. He clearly explained everything step by step, guided me through how to resolve my query, and showed me how to set up the feature I needed.

What really stood out was his patience, clarity, and willingness to help. He’s a great listener and made sure I fully understood everything without ever making me feel rushed. On top of that, he was genuinely friendly and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience even better.

Amazing service from start to finish. Very professional, efficient, and personable.

PJ is a real credit to the team!

Support is worse in 2026

Support has gotten worse in 2026 with problems syncing with docman and communication with support.

Great Customer Support

The person i dealt with was Srinivas Saraf, he was very poliet, friendly and very quick to fix the issue for me. He showed me how to fix the issue should i experience it again. Would reccommend Srinivas Saraf, as very supportive, friendly and poliet. He was a pleasure to work with.

Support By D Robinson

I have worked Advanced for a number of years and whilst most of the knowledge and experience has left the business more recently, a few stalwarts remain who will go above and beyond to ensure things are done and delivered in a timely manner. One to mention is Dave Robinson. I have worked with Dave for 10+ years and he has always gone above on beyond to ensure any support issues assigned to him are delivered to a successful conclusion. How the new world of support is delivered by the new OneAdvanced Team remains to be seen.

We needed to download a sizeable amount…

We needed to download a sizeable amount of data onto a standalone remote laptop. The One Advanced team handled this very professionally and were incredibly accommodating when we needed to move dates around. Great service !
