I find the support desk very helpful…

I find the support desk very helpful when I have an issue and they get it resolved very quickly. Special shout out to Jenny who has always been fabulous.

Fabulous service

I've contacted them through the user portal on numerous occasions when I've had queries regarding the account software and always get a quick response. The staff are very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable about the system and resolve matters quickly.

Exceptional Service

Muhammed Saad was exceptionally professional and courteous. He clearly explained the cause of the issue we encountered and patiently walked me through an effective workaround that will save considerable time moving forward

Libby is fantastic!
When I put in a ticket for a query, Libby is very quick to arrange a call to sort the issue out quickly. She does so with professionalism and also helps me to understand the process so I will know it for another time.

Would Highly Recommend

Not only has switching to this platform saved our company money but the platform is also so easy to use, make the previous time consuming tasks so much simpler. But the best bit is the fantastic support in place to help build the system and get everything set up. Irfan Mulla was my consultant and he explained everything to me clearly, he showed patience throughout my training, there was a clear plan in place with Teams calls scheduled in advanced. I was guided through each step and Irfan ensured I was doing the work rather than it being a case of just sitting and watching him do it all. I would highly recommend OneAdvanced.

Stay Well Clear!!

Absolute Joke of a company. We have been waiting now for 15 months for our VAT Number to be added to our Sales Invoice and still waiting....... On the plus side I am giving them one star for the hilarious fake 5 star reviews. I think they must spend more time writing them than answering support queries!!
Seriously stay well away from this company.

OneAdvanced continue to look after us. One of the worst experiences as a customer is when it is not clear which product or supplier an issue is being caused by. We were left with quite a major problem that the OneAdvanced team were sure wasn't them. The evidence we had access to pointed to it being OneAdvanced. Between them, especially Mike Sugden who found the pointer to the real issue (Not OneAdvanced!). This was helped and pushed along by Melissa Burton and James Buck. We were kept updated and informed with timely updates. We really felt like they had our backs.

Jasmine Tripp excellent customer service.

I have been working with Jasmine Tripp on a number of payroll related projects for well over a year now and both her knowledge of the products, OpenPeople and Open HR is second to none but also her professionalism in dealing with whatever situation we throw at her has been amazing to see. Jasmine really takes the time to explain exactly what she is doing and how she is pulling everything together. It makes the process so much easier to understand. Jasmine is always willing to answer any questions and if available has been able to jump onto a call when we've had emergencies to resolve the problem for us. Thank you Jasmine for all of your help.

We have our ups and downs with our Account Manager in Advanced, but when it comes to the technical support team, we tend to have a great experience.

For instance, today Srinivas Saraf did an amazing job. He was not only kind and professional, but also incredibly quick in getting back to us. The issue was resolved within minutes.

I would like to thank Andrew Stanford for his engagement, communication, and willingness to escalate issues internally this helped maintain momentum on several critical tickets. His level of responsiveness made a meaningful difference during a time sensitive and high pressure period, and it was reassuring for both IT and Finance colleagues to know issues were being actively monitored. We especially appreciated the regular updates, prioritisation of high impact issues, and coordination across teams when development input was required.
