Buggy website
The website was constantly reloading after each progress and kept logging me out. Sevices sent me to different links then also logged me out.Clear site however clearly needs fixing some bugs.

Extremely disappointing customer service
They are good as long as you don't have to contact their customer service. I have been trying to speak to them since several days & an agent never picks up the phone. After listening to their horrible waiting music for 20 mins the line gets disconnected g you are back in the queue.

Very good and useful site/company. Have found it very useful for saving money away to help the children when they’re 18. I could maybe save a bit more for them, but unfortunately that’s financial pressures.
