The lack of communication, delivery status updates and honouring a purchase from this company is awful. Having spent €300 ordering the 40kg adjustment dumbbell set 15 days ago, I've still not received my products. Having being mindful of the notice to allow 7-10 days for delivery when I paid for the products, I purposely allowed for this time, however on the 10th day I sent an email to the company asking for an update. They responded within 24 hours to say the items 'seemed to gave gotten stuck in the main warehouse'. 5 days later having chased twice for further updates, nobody has bothered to either delivery my product or give me an update on status of delivery timelines. As of now I have no sense whether I will receive my product or whether my €300 has effectively been taken from me.

This is the worst company ever to deal with. I ordered and received an exercise bike from them. The resistance wheel is broken on it. I have contacted them on Facebook Instagram and email, 3 different methods of communication. First I was told they didn't get my email then I was being ignored on Instagram and then when got a reply was told they would get back to me with an update. I sent pictures of what was wrong and videos to prove the point. 7 weeks later and still no reply and this is going on a good bit now. They are the worst company ever and so unprofessional to deal with. Their customer service is horrendous and so much for them saying "money back guarantee" what a load of crap when all they do is take your money and if you have a problem ignore it and take on with your money. They are the worst company ever and I will never be buying anything from them again i certainly won't be recommending them to anybody and anybody on here reading reviews take my word for it DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. Waste of space. I will be taking this further if I get no answer from them, absolute joke and so unprofessional to deal with.

Purchased the Multi-Function Power Tower Standing Pull-up Bar & Dip station. Received it within ten days. Excellent piece of kit. Very good value for money.
Look forward to purchasing again from Onetwofit Ireland.

Its been 11 days and my item is still not here

I ordered the 40kg dumbbell set on 21/04 and 7 days later I received one box with only 20kg in it. The day after I received the rest of my order. I still don't know if it was a mistake from the couriers or OneTwo Fitnesss. Despite my frustration in the begging, the products are excellent and I'm very happy with my purchase

Recently ordered dumbbell adjustable barbell set and very happy with quality and how quickly it arrived. Ben was very helpful with whatever questions I needed answering and replied quickly within 24h. Will ordering again soon

Excellent, placed an order and received an order confirmation immediately. Delivery took less than 10 days noted which was a bonus. The weights and bench I bought are perfect for home workouts.

I contacted Ben just to query when I would receive my order and relieved a respond within 24 hours. Part of my order arrive before the rest, I again contacted Ben and received a response within 24 hours. My full order arrived and it’s perfect.

Will be using One Two Fit again in the future.

Original - Order placed 2 weeks ago, I contacted by email for an update on Monday 12/04/2021 and got a response from Ben to say that the order had had a slight delay and that it would be delivered by the end of the week. Today, Friday 16/04 at 3:30pm I have not received any tracking or notification regarding the delivery. I did email this morning asking for an update and tracking details. That email, it seems went ignored. I have in the last hour issued a follow up to ask about Saturday delivery. I am not very hopeful that I will get a response.

Edit: I would like to amend my original review. I will hold my hand up and say that I jumped the gun with regards to saying my emails went ignored. I received a reply later that night. So my advice here is if you are contacting this company don't expect a quick turnaround. I think due to circumstances this is the best they can do. But I did receive a reply.

I have also edited my star rating, I am only giving 3 stars because there should really be communication to the customer regarding tracking and possible delays. The items on this site, while priced extremely well, they are larger purchases so the customer really does need to be kept updated with regard to the status of their order.

Now, on to the exercise bike I received, This bike is very good quality, almost as good as what I was using in the gym. And it was very easy to put together. You get the tools to do this so no need to worry if you don't have any tools in your home. I didn't require another person to assemble, but this would make it even easier. Took me about 35 mins to put it all together and then a further 15-20 to make sure everything was tightened properly. I've used the bike now 4 times with online classes and I'm extremely impressed. The one critique I have - a small one, and easy to work around - the handlebars do not have any grip to them so if you're like me and your hands sweat when you exercise you'll need to cover the bars with a towel. I'm looking into a more permanent fix but for now the towel trick is doing the job.

Received no response after placing an order. Emailed Ben and no response. No contact number for this company so can only communicate via email but still no response from the company.

Prompt delivery and very responsive to my messages! I dealt with Ben! ..ordered myself a spin bike which is great value for the €, a little disappointed with the cheap plastic timer! But hey 😅..finding the bike excellent as I needed re hab post knee replacement! Very happy Claire Bruton

Order was originally delayed but Ben sorted everything made good communication following my complaint and ensured I received my product in the end.

Just got my new spinning bike, everything perfect.
It was supposed to be here last Monday 16/03 but I think because of corona the delivery was little bit late .. anyway I am happy with my order

Decent & strong product for the price. Slight manufacturing defect meant I had to put the brackets on the wall out of level to ensure the pull up bar was level when mounted, but as its only 4mm it's not a big deal. Mounting brackets are decent but the supplied wall anchors are not the best. Spend a few euros on decent ones from the local hardware shop.

I still have not received my order ridiculous

Would highly recommend ordering from one two fit Ireland. I ordered the bike and the dumbells and both arrived separately. Took a max of 10 days to arrive, but got here none the less. The only minor downfall I’d probably give is that you’d to go contact them directly to ask about the whereabouts of the product. If a tracking code has been provided after it was shipped, it would have given peace of mind.

The product though is fantastic and for the price, it’s a bargain
