Online Bathrooms Avis 

I am very happy with my suite. It is being fitted at this very moment and my plumber says it's just right for my small bathroom. There were loads to choose from and once I decided on the type I wanted, everything after that was just straight forward. I was unable to be at home the day it was delivered, so my friend came round to take delivery, unfortunately the delivery chaps said they were not permitted to enter my house so my friend had to carry the goods in to my house and up the stairs for me. This was the only problem with the whole transaction and would definitely not discourage me from using the company again, or recommending them to others.

If you are thinking of buying from this company then please think again. Products were advertised as next day delivery. After charging my card and confirming the order I was then told that the items were out of stock and would not be delivered for at least 5 days.
Delivery date passed so I cancelled the order by email expecting a refund after 30 days as per their terms and conditions. 7 emails( none of which were responded to) 5 phone calls and each time I was informed this was an oversight, clerical error, processing problem.

It is amazing that any emails regarding sales were responded to on the same day but 5 emails sent regarding a refund that they are legally obliged to provide under the long distance selling regulations were completely ignored.

Three months on I have now had to submit a chargeback through my credit card in an attempt to recover more than £300

Please, please do not use this company. If things go wrong they will leave you high and dry. I really wish I had never stumbled upon onlinebathrooms.

Happy with the toilet and vanity unit i bought . Minimal marks on them .
Before i looked at this site i shopped around and these guys are much cheaper .
The units i received are of excellant quality .
My only criticism is that you don't get all the parts you need to install the unit eg brackets to fix toilet to the floor .

I think this should be made very clear on the website

I would recommend this company, without hesitation. They were so very helpful and the delivery was as promised. Delighted with every aspect and the goods are exactly as ordered.

They beat a price I was quoted elsewhere and delivery arrived on time and as stated . I would happily buy again from them.

Don't be fooled by the reviews as we were. This is the worst company we have had the misfortune to use.
The goods arrived faulty and it is impossible for you to get a replacement or indeed any satisfaction at all from the staff. [Name] is uninterested to the point of insolence .
Never returns calls denies receiving e mails and has a totally can't be bothered attitude to resolving the issue. We are still no nearer to replacing the faulty tap and bath waste so cannot continue with the installation.

The shower tray and doors I bought are exceptionally good value and look beautiful. I spent a long time comparing prices and online bathrooms were several hundred pounds cheaper. Thank you.

Very happy with my experience, excellent customer service support.

Ordering was easy and the prices were competitive. One item wasn't available but I was telephoned and offered and replacement. Items arrived in good time and were packed well. I'd definitely recommend and use again :)

its nice to have a company who have nice friendly staff. A special thank you to Kelly who went out of her way to help and advice me on the goods i needed. i was very pleased to have ordered my goods and to have them delivered next day, Had a slight problem with the delivery not arriving as promised but this was resolved quickly

Ordered a toilet & cistern, phoned to specifically ask which side the inlet was as it wasn't clear on the product details. Was assured it was a right hand inlet but when it arrived it was a left hand inlet. My plumber managed to re-allign the pipework but took longer & cost me more for the fitting. Phoned to inform the company about the issue, and all I got was a 'Thankyou for letting us know'.
Toilet & cistern were a very good quality at a very good price but let down by the service

great products at very low prices without compromising on quality, I will definitely be using them again.
