The good and not so good
The good : Great price and exceptionally fast delivery.
The not so good : Due to a hiccup (not the first person to raise this) on the payment page we ended up with 2 duplicate items, we opted for the online Customer service since the name of the store suggested they'd be all over this, unfortunately this was very slow (ie, no reply), in the end after waiting a few days I called the customer care line instead, once I'd gotten through the operative was pretty helpful to be fair. The item has now been collected, also I've since had reply to my emails (bit late). If you use this store and have an issue I would recommend phoning the customer care rather than use email.

I am very pleased with the light. The delivery was exceptionally quick (next day), and the price was excellent. I would definitely consider purchasing from this seller again.

Let down by poor service
Good prices and products, but terrible customer service. Their payments platform crashed half way through an order with no confirmation – which I placed again. I then tried to return the second order. The returns confirmation never arrived and they’ve not been responding to my emails, and their calls go to voicemail.
