Onp got the job done. It was a complicated state of affairs but they got to the bottom of everything and communication was good.

Kath was very professional and always happy to answer all my questions about my house purchase under RTB scheme. Communication via OnPoint app was clear and easy as you could see status with progress, all letter shared with you in one place and see any open actions pending from your end. Process was very smooth and clear and very easy to follow. In overall I am happy that I chosen OnPoint as my solicitor and highly recommend them to anyone who purchases their own house.

First of all they’re great value, I paid less than £1500 when other local solicitors had quoted me over £2000.
Secondly almost everything is done using their app, which means receiving and sending documents is nice and easy.

Referred to OnPoint by a friend who had a good experience, and I can see why. OnPoint and Samantha made my life very easy, everything was done through the app and made life simpler and quicker. Questions can be asked back and forth in the app too and responses were always quick and detailed. Overall, I couldn’t find a single problem with any part of my time using OnPoint. Have used ONP on a number of occasions and they are always easy to deal with. The app based process they use is so simple and can always see where you are. Always had great service from them, helpful and efficient.

Isabella was excellent to deal with. She was always quick to respond and worked very efficiently, while remaining positive, professional, and helpful throughout the process.

My only criticism relates to the final payment. Our house sale completed on a Friday and the keys were handed over to the buyer that day. As we were not in a chain, the funds were due to be transferred directly to my bank account. However, the money did not arrive until Monday morning, which made for a very unsettled weekend — having neither the house nor the funds (and also losing interest on a significant sum).

It did leave me wondering whether the funds were held by the solicitors over the weekend and whether any interest accrued during that time was retained. Greater clarity and faster transfer of funds in these circumstances would have made for a 5 star review.

You are allotted a Case Manager and he will guide you through the conveyancing process. The whole journey can be completed using your phone to receive and send messages and documentation, print letters and photograph and return them. It can make it a very quick process.

We mostly dealt with Jenna Rowley at ONP, followed by Ellie Tierney as our purchase took so long. We received a very good service, communication was good whether by phone, app, or email, and both were very patient and took time to explain any issues/points that arose. Others stepped in as needed if they were briefly away. Also very competitive price compared to some more “local” solicitors recommended by estate agents.

I have used ONP group a few times, always been happy with customer service. A special shout out to Holly who dealt with my latest property sale. Would recommend this company to anyone.
