Excellent Aftercare Service
We had a couple of issues caused by the delivery company but OPA Living were excellent in how they dealt with them. They immediately corrected the delivery fault and even came to my home to check on the corrected delivery and assist with the installation of the furniture. Their after care service was exceptional and the product is just what we wanted.

Finally found the right sofa!
We’d spent months looking for the right sofa and found it with Opa. The team was really responsive via Whatsapp and helped me figure out the layout and fabric swatches.

Comfiest sofa and good service!!
My sofa arrived slightly damaged from the courier service but when I told them I wasn’t happy they sent a brand new replacement very quickly. They were also quick to respond! The sofa is the comfiest thing we have ever sat on, you literally melt into it!! #OPA32857

Perfect customer service
I cannot praise OPA and Doyin Daniels in the Chelsea showroom highly enough. I have been looking for a modular sofa for sometime, but most come with low backs and are not very comfy at all. OPA’s Poka is the perfect solution, it is incredibly comfortable, super stylish and most importantly supports my back! I loved the Luxury Velvet Khaki in the showroom so much that I had to have the two seater and footstool in addition to my original L-shape order! A big, big thank you to Doyin for his patience, expertise and for making the whole process seamless, the ultimate professional. I really valued his time and guidance, thank you.
