"Der Artikel wurde gestern nach langem hick hack geliefert und weißt starke Beschädigungen auf und ich mache von meinem Recht auf Rückgabe gebrauch, erst verspätet liefern und dann ist der Artikel beschädigt!
Artikel wurde erst nach drei Wochen wieder abgeholt und nun soll ich den zurückgesendeten Artikel bezahlen!
Keinerlei Kontaktaufnahme möglich!
Werde mich jetzt an die Polizei wenden und den Laden wegen betruges Anzeigen!

... ich war vor einigen Wochen bei eBay Kleinanzeigen drüben auf der Suche nach einem neuen Wagenheber. Daraufhin stieß ich auf ein Angebot dieser Firma hier.

Am 23.05.2022 schrieb ich dem Firmen-Inhaber hierzu eine freundliche Anfrage, neben ein paar technischen Fragen zum Produkt unterbreitete ich auch einen Preisvorschlag bei umgehender Abholung.

Leider leider Gottes erfolgte hierauf absolut KEINERLEI Reaktion; sichtlich irritiert über den aktuellen Bewertungs-Status von "TOP Zufriedenheit" hakte ich einige Tage später nochmal nach - mit dem allergleichen Ergebnis wie zuvor, zum absoluten K*O*T*Z*E*N is doch des!

Zum Lesen dieser Nachrichten hat es bei dem guten Mann noch gereicht, aber zu dem gewünschten Feedback leider nicht... auch nach nun 6 Wochen Wartezeit NULL Rückmeldung bzw. Info, was natürlich immer ABSOLUTE MIESERABEL is für einen gewerblichen Betrieb (und wenns nur ein kurzer Zwischenbescheid ist...).

Fazit deshalb: Wenn Sie keinen BOCK haben auf Kunden-Anfragen, dann machen Sie bitte Ihren Laden zu, melden Ihr Gewerbe ab und legen sich daheim in die Hängematte, da nervt Sie GARANTIERT kein Kunde mehr mit lästigen Anfragen!

Sends wrong parts then doesnt respond to emails

Miserabler Kundenservice! Kofferraumwanne überhaupt nicht passend zum angegebenen Autotyp! Rücksendung nur auf eigene Kosten! Der eine Stern ist eigentlich schon zuviel...

Seit Monaten reklamiere ich nun einen fast 600€ teuren Fahrradträger der Marke Uebler,welchen ich über Amazon erstanden habe. Alle meine Mails werden ignoriert und ans Telefon geht kein Mensch.
Ich werde das Ganze nun leider meinem Anwalt übergeben.

bought some tail lights in July 2018 and now, in March 2019, I dont have them. sent emails to them and not getting answers. DO NOT BUY FROM ORANGE TUNING!! 235 Euros down the toilet...

First off all the website it s really nice and u can find easy what you are looking for. U need to have a little patience to get the product because like in my case the headlights where out of stock and i had to chose something similar but another color. And the second good thing it s Frank. It s really helpful if u have some problems!

Ich habe bei Orange Tuning einen Supersport ESD für einen e32 bestellt. Erstens hat die Lieferung lange gedauert, die Kommunikation während der Wartezeit war bereits inakzeptabel. Dann war der gelieferte ESD mangelhaft (nicht passende Halterungen, versetzt angeschweißte Endrohre). Jeglicher Versuch der Nachbesserung ist fehlgeschlagen, da der Händler einfach nicht mehr reagiert. Ergo: ich werde einen Rücktritt vom Kaufvertrag notfalls anwaltlich durchsetzen. Kann man sich also sparen, besser woanders bestellen!

Habe Ware bestellt, kam defekt an, zurückgeschickt und bis heute kein Geld erhalten. Unverschämtheit!

Similar to another poster, I debated on whether to perform a tail light upgrade to my Porsche 911. After a while I decided to perform the upgrade, it was very expensive. The first encounter was an extremely long delay to receive the goods, (and for all considering this company, note the products are not German, Orange simply buy through a Taiwanese manufacturer.) this was blamed on availability, no mention of this on the site when ordering... After installing them they were fine for about 3 weeks and then one of the rear tail lights started to develop a problem with the indicator. I reached out to Frank and received a couple of replies to sort it suggesting I need to send back to the manufacturer, and then when I asked about who would pick up the freight costs and how to arrange the return, the communication stopped. Since then I have written to Frank about 15 times without reply. I would not recommend the pain of this to anyone no matter how eager you are to try and improve the looks of your car. I am spreading my experience far and wide to protect and prevent others from being stung. This has been such a let down in customer service and I hope this serves as a warning to anyone else who may be considering this company and their products. One tip I can offer is to pay via PayPal which is his preferred method and try to identify any faults within 120 or so days, and if there is any problem, lodge a claim for defective product through PayPal. My case went just beyond the timeframe for a claim mainly due to the delay in receiving the goods but I will find other ways through consumer protection services. Trust this helps others.

12,11,2015 Заказал фары на Венто. Проплатил. После обещанных 5 дней на доставку, попытался связаться с магазином. Ни по телефону, ни по почте никто не отвечает. Товар так и не доставили, на связь не выходят. Потерянная сумма 161 евро. Жаль. Пусть встанет ему в одном месте.

Habe am 29.05.2014 dort Rückfahrleuchten bestellt. Bis heute keine Lieferung, keine Antwort auf meine Mails, kein Kontakt via die Hotline möglich, es nimmt helt niemand das Telefon ab. Habe heute dann mit der Polizei in Nürnberg telefoniert und scheinbar laufen schon Verfahren oder zumindest Ermittlungen gegen dieses Firma.... Mein Tipp an alle.... Finger Weg!!!!

I bought 2 LED taillights for my 911 in May 2012 from Orange Tuning. In December 2012 I started getting errors through the car's instrument panel and I realised the right taillight was not working. I immediately contacted Frank without getting a response. I kept on sending emails until March 2013 (!) when I went to the European Customer Center to claim my rights. They couldn't come to contact with him either...!
After literally months of efforts Frank appeared (probably under pressure from the ECC) telling me to send the taillights to the main dealer, Dectane. I contacted Dectane regarding the freight costs and they said that Frank should take care of this. Until this day (26th of June 2013) I haven't found a solution. The taillights are in their box in my basement, ready to be shipped to Germany, Frank is once again not responding to my emails or on the phone and the guys from Dectane say that they cannot find him either!!! Of course, they cannot accept the shipment and pay the freight costs. This is Frank's responsibility. I have paid 485 Euros for a product that has failed 6 months ago!!! This is by far the worst experience I've had with any company.
