I have been with Orbital since 2019 and have always been very happy with the service they provide

Have used them for 5 weeks and each week my wage was paid on time and right couldn’t ask for more

The on boarding was simple and easy and once set up I've not had single issue and are very cheap!

Amazing compassionate and helpful company. Everyone you speak to is so happy, and helpful. Everyine is very knowledgeable of their product. Nothing is too much trouble. If you are having a bad day . They have a bad day with you . I love your orbital payroll and I am going to miss you. I throughly recommend this company. They are the best .

I have been a customer for around 1 year now the staff are really friendly and approachable would definitely recommend very good experience

I have been a customer of Orbital for almost two years. On a very regular basis I've attempted to draw their attention to what I believe to be miscalculations resulting in my pay being less than it should be. Every time, I was told I was wrong. I've also had to contact them regarding the following: not being paid on time, incorrect rate of pay on my time sheet, incorrect maternity pay, their decision to stop accruing my holiday pay (this resulted in me not having the funds to have time off for my sons first Christmas), increasing the margin I pay them by 80% without telling me, and most recently they believe they overpaid me in August and made no attempt to call me to discuss. Instead, they sent me an email at 2:43pm to inform me of their error and told me to contact them. No apology, just we want our money back - call us. I was at work I did not have time to call them immediately and so by 4pm on the same day, just over one hour after the email was sent to me, I received an automated text that revealed they had decided to dock my pay to retrieve their mistake which went into the hundreds of pounds. One angry phone call later they agreed to pay me as I should be and I emailed them proof to demonstrate I was not overpaid in August. The next day I requested they pay me the remainder of my holiday pay I noticed they had gone onto their own portal and begun editing my previous payslips and they clearly couldn't be trusted to manage my PAYE- they refused and maintained their stance that I had been overpaid and would withhold my holiday pay until then. As it stands they have still made no effort to rectify the situation and are still holding my holiday pay hostage despite the mistake being their own. I'm shocked they haven't even bothered to pick up the phone. I've found 90% of their staff to be argumentative, dismissive and unnecessarily rude. I've been agency staff for 4 years and this is the worst company I've come across!
