Got the watch. (FINALLY). The watches are great. I feel the only reason I received it was because my card company withheld payment. And I got the BBB involved.

Junk. Assembled in China. Poor customer service

DO NOT TOUCH THESE WATCHES...TOTAL SCAM ...THEY ARE MOST DEFINITELY FROM CHINA...I BOUGHT MY HUSBAND ONE...PAID A LOT OF MONEY FOR IT...PARTS FELL OFF AFTER A WEEK AND INFORMED THEY DONT HAVE PARTS...REALLY!!! SOMETHING THAT HAS BEEN SUPPOSEDLY HAND CRAFTED FROM WHISKEY BARRELS 🤣🤣 WAS OFFERED TO BUY THE WATCH AGAIN AT HALF PRICE 🤣🤣...FURTHER CONFIRMING HOW CHEAP THEY ARE TO MAKE AND DEFINITELY NOT GENUINE...CHINESE CRAP!!!

Received the beer barrel watch. Bought for my husband’s retirement l, he loves it.

I bought the watch as a wedding gift (11/29/24) for my husband. Three days after I gave it to him the wood fell off a link in the band. I immediately contacted Original Grain. They offered to send a new link to me. I verified that if it was being sent USPS that it would need to go to a different address. Needles to say they sent it incorrectly, and the part was sent back. I contacted them again and verified the address. Again, the part was sent incorrectly, a total of 3 times. Finally in February a part was sent, but it was the incorrect part. I once again contacted them. This time I was told the the links were currently out of stock. Finally, 2 days ago I was sent an email that the part was back in stock and the price for said links. I contacted them again and said that they were sending me a link for free since it had only been 3 days that my husband wore the watch. The reply I receive back from Genesis was the 2 additional links were included in the box with the watch and that any additional link came at a price. I guess if you use the 2 links when you get the watch so that it fits your wrist is not taken into consideration. Sadly, I would not recommend this watch. The costumer service I have received is beyond unacceptable. So beware.

I bought the "Whiskey Black Rugged Automatic 44mm" watch for my husband late last year for his birthday, it is incredibly gorgeous and unique! It has worked well and still looks fantastic after almost 5 months. You do have to wear it daily for it to keep time which is not an issue for him. So far we are very happy with our purchase!

Customer service is excellent!!
I ordered the caseback & engraving option. Customer service sent an email asking for info but it got lost in my junk mail. They sent a 2nd email!
And I was able to order the engraved caseback separately since my watch order was already in process. They saved the day- thank you OG.

I was in the hunt for the Grand Ole Opry watch. I signed up for SMS and received a text for $100 off - no stated restrictions. After clicking the text link I noticed the $100 off was not displaying. I contacted Customer Service and got the run around, and they would not honor the discount. Maybe they just saved me from a disappointing purchase experience.

Beyond disgusted the stress after all this waiting I got contacted by border force due to my near $3000 purchase asking me for so much documentation. It's so stressful and felt alone because I'm in Australia and they are USA. I have paid priority shipping as well . I told them and said they checked with warehouse and sorted it out . No they haven't. DO NOT BIY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A DISGRACE AND SPREAD IT ALL OVER THE WORLD VIA SOCIAL MEDIA AND PEOPLE YOU KNOW. Go somewhere else. DO NOT BUY HERE PLEASE DO NOT BIUY HERE

Watch has not told the time since I received it a week ago, the hands and inner workings do not move. I would like someone to contact me about how to resolve this.

Overall, a handsome watch. However, it is tiny! Made for 7-8” wrist with two additional links which is a joke.

Do not order from this company!! Placed an order on December 16 and STILL HAVENT RECEIVED as of January 29. After reaching out to customer support and founder email multiple times they told me the watch I bought was actually sold out. When provided a new link to choose a replacement they were still advertising the supposedly out of stock watch. Then days later I get an email saying it’s shipping with no acknowledgment of our past correspondence. Well today is January 29th, 19 days after it supposedly shipped and I still don’t have this watch. Save yourself the hassle and headache and just don’t order from here.

I receive the watch which is too small. I then asked to return it and they said I could order additional links. I still have not received the links and even after several attempts to reach them via email, messenger and social media, there has been no response. Very disappointed with this company. A gift that is useless....

Be careful ordering from this company. I placed an order with a discount code, got a confirmation and a pending on my bank acct. Then an email saying they canceled the order. I reached out and they said that code isn't valid anymore. The money is still pending on my side and they won't honor the code! FRAUDULENT CHARGES. I have screenshots of everything if anyone is interested just ask bc I can't post them on the thread. Seriously be cautious bc now I have a pending charge but no order coming so I have to call my bank to report it

Great quality definitely worth it

The communication, ease of ordering and quick turn around of my order. I had been trying to order the Forest Fire Red Chrono watch since August for my Husband. Due to finances and then Hurricane Helene, i was unable too. Was finally able to order it the Friday before Christmas. Though it arrived the day after, my husband loves it and wears it daily. I am looking forward to adding to his collection in the future.

The watch is beautiful. Well crafted. Detailed. My husband was very happy with it!
