Orion Leather Company Avis

Awesome Customer Service and high quality products. I ordered the tan dipped brown belt and couldn't be happier with it! Highly recommend!

Bought my first belt from Orion Leather Company and have been very impressed with the overall quality and style! Will be purchasing more in the future!

I'm not very happy with my experience with Orion at all. I ordered a men's mini size leather wallet with chain. I received the wallet but no chain.I called them but no one answered so I left a message. Nobody contacted me so after I waited a few days I called them back. A woman answered, I explained to her my problem. She said " oh yeah you called the other day , oh okay I'll mail that out to you today". So if I didn't call you,you weren't going to mail it out to me? This was 4 days ago,I received the wallet in less time. I waited to give a review, I don't like giving bad reviews. But my patience is running thin.

Excellent customer service, they promptly refunded my returns. These are very high quality leather belts. You can switch out the buckle on most of their belts, if you have a buckle you prefer. The finish on the leather is duller than dress belts.

I could not be happier with my purchase. The buying process, price, shipping time, and quality of the belts I ordered were all exceptional. It feels good to be able to buy real leather products for less than department stores charge for imitation leather knockoffs that will peel or fall apart after less than a year of wear. I will be back to purchase again for family and friends.

Quality products, delivered on time as promised. I have always had very good luck with Orion Leather company and own several of their belts. I have been completely satisfied with their workmanship.

Excellent quality, looks great, very good price. I got sick and tired of belts lasting only a year or two. By all appearances, this one as many years on it.

Great customer service. Made sure I got what I wanted. The belt I purchased is off exellent quality.

I’ve only purchased from this company once but the shipping was fast and the items arrived as described.

Quality belts. I have bought two from Orion and always recommend them to others if I can. Shipment arrives quickly too!

Was an easy process to order. Shipping notifications were timely and accurate. Belt arrived in perfect condition. This was a good online purchasing experience and I would definitely order from Orion Leather again.

Great Quality Belt, and a great price. Very Sturdy

Belt buckle broke after two years of use. Cheap buckle materials don't justify purchase of durable leather belt.

had an issue with the courier that was quickly resolved by Orion

Great, beautiful belts. Very well-made!

Excellent quality, great customer service, speedy delivery. But, if you are looking for an ultra-thin dress belt, these arent it.

This belt is is thick and solid. You can detect the quality simply by the feel. It also smells great. The stretch marks of the belt create a cool pattern, and it lets everyone know that I am always giving birth to awesomeness.

Refund experience was not good. Sent an email to customer service and they never responded. Also you can't get a refund, only exchange items.
