Hello, I ordered 3 products, 2 of which, sent back after inquiry, paid for shipping via hermes itself. Returned products were still charged to me! Very annoying. No more contact, return rejected. That’s mean, why are you doing that?

This company is an absolute disgrace. The communication is beyond shocking — so bad that I genuinely believed I had been scammed. They were quick to take my £600+ order, but after two weeks not a single product arrived.
I rang and emailed countless times, including their so-called customer service manager, Natalie, who never once answered or returned a call. The only time I managed to get through was when a colleague rang from a different number pretending to be a new customer — only then did they suddenly pick up.
My order was eventually cancelled by Oway themselves at dispatch without any explanation whatsoever. To make matters worse, it took another two weeks of chasing to get my refund back.
This company is unprofessional, dishonest, and completely unreliable. I would strongly warn anyone to stay well away. No business should ever be run like this.

Great products and packaging. They really do work and better than some of the really expensive brands out there. I wish these products were more widely available in the UK. However, ordered direct from Oway, sent next day and arrived in 5 days with no hassle. I see this company has had some negative reviews but my first experience of ordering direct has been easy and smooth.

Awful. Just plain horrible. Paid $25 extra for expedited shipping only to see the package sent with standard usps ground advantage. I needed the items before a vacation. I reached out to Oway immediately upon receiving notification of the wrong shipping type (via 2 emails, 2 phone calls, & on social media) & it’s been 7 hours and no response from them. It would save them money to have a valid phone customer service call line, not just one where you leave a message in the void. I’m going to have to dispute the $25 charge.

Køber et Oway produkt hos Beuticos. Produktet reklameres med, som værende et af de bedste på markedet til at modvirke filtret hår. Jeg har aldrig i mit liv oplevet et så usselt produkt. Det gør INTET. Det er som at sprøjte et lag vand udenpå håret, som ikke suger ind i håret, så ens hår bliver bare FRIZZY istedet. Det hjælper ikke med at udrede filtret hår. Væsken suger ikke ind i håret, og hjælper på fugt som det påstås i salgsannonce. Jeg går ned for at aflevere det tilbage med en reklamation. Da jeg aflevere produktet til reklamation, køber jeg et andet produkt, altså jeg lægger flere penge ind i Beauticos.
Der går 2 uger, og så modtager jeg mail/sms fra dem. De påstår at have tjekket produktet, og siger at produktet intet fejler, så de vil ikke returnere det, ej heller fremsende det til Oway, så firmaet kan tage hånde om sagen. De påstår at hverken Oway eller Beauticos, har tilfredshedsgaranti på lige dette produkt.
Aldrig har jeg oplevet så ussel en service.
Det er jo som at gå ned og købe kokosolie, som er godt for huden, og åbne produktet, og så er det slet ikke kokosolie, og du sidder tilbage med noget som slet ikke er som beskrives i salgsannoncen. Så kan alle erhvervsdrivende jo mega tage fusen på deres kunder. Coca Cola kan skrive Coca Cola på flasken, men reelt bare proppe noget andet væske i flasken, og så bare skrive til kunden ved en reklamation, at produktet yder ikke tilfredshedsgaranti.
Jeg anede ikke Beauticos eller Oway var sådan her overfor deres kunder. Meget slem måde at drive forretning på. Jeg anede ikke at Beauticos solgte sådan noget møg til deres kunder. Jeg troede Beauticos stod for noget standard, men det gør de ABSOLUT ikke. De sælger enhver uduelig ting åbenbart.
Shitty products.

The products are pricey but I have repurchased happily. The frequent use shampoo conditioner and shampoo are gentle but clean thoroughly enough that I only have to wash my hair 2-3 times a week instead of every day. which has helped with the breakage I was getting after menopause. And I love the subtle herbal sort of fragrance.

I ordered over £100 worth of products from them a month ago, after two weeks with no updates from them and no sign of the products I asked for it to be cancelled and refunded as I would not be around for Christmas and have had barely any response from them and still not refund.
If you look in their terms and conditions there is a part that says if the parcels been delayed by more than two weeks you can cancel at no cost so this clearly happens alot however they are clearly unwilling to give refunds and will steal your money.

Order didn’t arrive. No response from costumer service . Shameful

Overall good quality products indeed. However be careful using for sensitive skin “ micro-stimulating hair bath” shampoo.

This brand is absolutely fantastic! I've struggled with a dry scalp for years due to my medication. I've spent so much money on expensive hair products over the years that promise you the world but don't deliver. I was lucky enough to have these products used on me at a hairdressers and I was totally blown away by how clean they were! So much so that I went and bought a shampoo, conditioner, oil, hair colour protect and a styling mud. The smell is totally unique and the moisturising rang is undeniably effective. I recently switched to Moo and Yoo products last month , just because I wanted a change and know that it's good for your hair to switch products after a long time of using the same thing. They are good but no way near as good as OWAY.
This product has been life changing for me. All the colours in my hair have popped, my hair is darker in colour because of how moisturised it is, Its softer and I'm 70% sure it has helped my hair grow!

Cubre super bien las canas,queda un color lindisimo ,y es libre de quimicos. Es el diamante en el mundo de la coloracion ! Que buena noticia llegar a Madrid y encontrarlos en una peluqueria en la calle Ortega y Gasset del barrio de Salamanca .
