Packaging was lovely

Lovely shop full of great items to make your house a home! Love all the smells and Mike is always very welcoming. It’s a pleasure to shop there!

I ordered a refill for the Mauritius reed diffuser which arrived within a few days. I love the perfume and wish the Mauritius liquid soap was still available.

I love the Calm wax melts.
Good customer service experience, thank you.

My parcel never turned up but the man gave me my order in the shop so polite and trusted me to which i was so grateful as it was a gift thankyou

Great service as expected. Only issue was that I was unable to purchase the blaze soap as it was out of stock.

Excellent products combined with exceptional service. Nothing is too much trouble.

What a company.
Candles that actually smell of something after burning for a long time.
Ordered on line delivery quick.
Mauritius is my favourite and the candle and room spray are out of this world. You will not be disappointed.

As always great service and ultra quick delivery too

Whatever you order it is always top quality and arrives promptly. I have never been disappointed with the items I order and have recommended friends to Owen Drew, they are all over the moon with the perfumes on offer.
