In every dispatch you include plastic-based
advertising material. Are you aware of environmental issues, such as microplastics being found even in the air?

A delivery issue but I appreciate the service of Oxford Biolabs
Once I had an issue with the delivery. It was before Christmas so I have ordered a hand cream as a gift. I was very nervous to get it on time. It took very long time and 3 redelivery attempts to resolve the delivery problem which occurred with Royal Mail but the Oxford Biolab manager was very helpful and supportive she did a great job being with me until I get my order. I am happy with the products.

I have been a customer for several years. Even when there has been the occasional delivery shortfall it has been immediately corrected.
I believe and have experience that the company’s products are genuine and in fact do do perform as stated.

Oxford Biolab products are great, but I keep getting notified that I have all these points I have earned after more than 10 years of subscription, and that I should put them to good use. Would love to! but it doesnt seem to be possible :(

Basically, failure to inform customer about customs complications and, particularly, concerning the limit of 150 euros for tax and tariffs exemption. Honestly, aware of those circunstancies, I think you should have maintained the purchase amount below that limit

We can see that your past orders were delivered within Malaga, Spain. Your two recent orders were sent to Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Deliveries to islands may result in additional duties and fees collection. According to our shipping terms (indicated on our website), customers are solely responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, sales taxes and any other levies that may be assessed.
Our invoices automatically reflect the purchase value. We do not manually change that. Having checked, your purchase value is below €150.

Although I entered my address correctly, my cargo went to another address, the products are good, but the cargo shipment is a complete disaster. I waited for the package to reach me for exactly 1 month.

Great hair product
I really appreciate being able to adjust the shipping date of my quarterly subscription. It's convenient when I'm going on vacation. The TRX hair pills keep my hair in good condition. I've tried other brands, but they didn't work as well as this one.
