Pacific Workplaces (PAC) are great coworking and flexible office places, with a wide range of part-time and full-time furnished office spaces including virtual offices, private offices, flex desks, dedicated desks, and mini-suites, in a shared infrastructure environment, with curated communities that maximize networking opportunities and serendipity. Members have access to meeting rooms, coworking areas, business lounges, gig internet, phone answering services, and admin support under a Workplace-as-a-Service model. PAC centers are located in Northern California and Nevada. All 17 locations are operated by PBC Management LLC under the Pacific Workplaces and NextSpace brands.

Since we joined the NextSpace community workspace, Harlen and Ashleigh have consistently demonstrated professionalism, efficiency, and a genuine commitment to ensuring our office runs smoothly. Whether they are addressing requests promptly or fostering a welcoming environment for members and guests, their dedication is evident in everything they do.

Can’t beat the location
Beautiful tranquil central location next to restaurants, shops, trails, smart train, freeways. Staff is wonderful. Offices are clean, good size with big window.

The workplace was clean and inviting
The workplace was clean and inviting. The public area was very small, but doable as I was the one individual using the space. There was a lot of noise from one room or someone being fired, that was a bit distracting. But overall, the place was great! And perfect for my needs.

Best Coworking Experience in Santa Cruz and SF!
I’ve worked out of WeWork, Regus, and others in SF Bay Area, but Pacific Workplaces in Santa Cruz takes co-working places it to a whole different level.
The space is bright and welcoming with wooden desks and skylights, but the real difference is the team Harlen and Ashley treat everyone like family — from daily breakfasts and snacks to Friday happy hours, they make work genuinely fun!

Great option for a small business
Great option for a small business. The front desk staff and manager are invaluable. There is always a day office available, even on short notice. As a hybrid business, it is nice to have a location to run business meetings where previously we only had a shop to meet at.
