Extremely good customer service. Ordered Thursday, delivered Saturday no cost on speedy delivery. Excited to try the new racket and will definitely be using Padel shack again.
Had an issue with next day delivery, which was not Padel Shack’s fault. They refunded the delivery fee and were very prompt in replying to my emails regarding delivery issues. Good customer service.

Terrible customer service
Made a comment about a grip bought with the racket. You offered no help.... questioned my ability to follow instructions on how to fit it, then ignored me.
Just redund the £10, if you'd like to keep a customer

He's even responded to emails on weekends (a Sunday 19:00)
I can't recommend this enough!!
