Ho soggiornato in questa struttura scegliendo una camera standard.
Punti positivi: la posizione è ottima, praticamente sul mare. La colazione è buona e la piscina davvero bella. Un plauso particolare a Luca della reception, molto disponibile, cortese e professionale.

Detto questo, ci sono diversi aspetti che non rispecchiano assolutamente un 4 stelle con un prezzo di 180/200 € a notte:
• La struttura è datata e non ristrutturata.
• La camera standard è piccola, con arredi vecchi e una doccia minuscola da rinfrescare.
• Il bagno sembra fermo agli anni ’60.
• La TV è davvero troppo piccola.
• La vista non era particolarmente interessante e del giardino, sinceramente, non ho visto nulla.

Un altro punto dolente è stata la gestione amministrativa: non mi è stato chiarito in fase di prenotazione e pagamento che il terzo giorno di spiaggia sarebbe stato comunque addebitato, nonostante avessi comunicato che non lo avrei utilizzato.

In conclusione: colazione e posizione sono ottime, ma la struttura nel complesso è deludente per un 4 stelle a queste tariffe. Mi aspettavo molto di più.

The Petit Palace Hotel in Madrid was a wonderful experience. I stayed there on 18th to 24 May this year. The accommodation and location of the hotel is second to none, easy access to shops, cute bars and cafes too. Breakfast was to die for, everything you could ask for was there. Hotel staff extremely helpful, it was my friend's birthday while we were there and the staff left a lovely 😍 handwritten note and some cute pastries! Bathrooms are very modern and spacious. I would recommend this hotel 100%. A truly great city break. 4 stars 🌟 too....

I have stayed many times at this hotel, usually for just a few days. The staff are excellent and friendly and go out of their way to help.
Food is buffet style and varied.
The place is spotlessly clean, and your room is cleaned daily.

I booked through booking.com and paid in advance for a stay with my wife. I had no reason to choose the option which allowed me to cancel prior to arrival as we had been looking forward to visiting Paignton for some time as I was brought up in the town.
4 days before travelling we had a bereavement in the family which was anticipated but was more sudden than we expected.
I telephoned the hotel and was treated with a total lack of sympathy and repeated statements about the non-refundable policy. They just weren't interested.
On the other hand, the hotel we had booked in Dartmouth for the next day were very understanding and offered their condolences, and waived the booking fee. Speaks for itself im afraid.

Jeg var så heldig, at bo på Hotel Palace i 7 dage. Alene i et dejligt stort værelse, en stor behagelig seng og fint badeværelse. Jeg havde en fantastisk udsigt. I mit ophold havde jeg morgenmad, og der må jeg sige, jeg var vildt begejstret for maden. Serbiske specialiteter og der var mad til enhver. Nok det bedste hotelmad (spiser normalt ikke på hoteller). Der var rengøring hver dag, smilende rengøringsdamer.
Hotellet er i hjertet og centrum af Beograd. Ja, hotellet er i deres inventar gammeldags, men jeg må indrømme det har sin charme og måske også lidt trælst med én stikkontakt, men det overlever man nok ;-) .
Personalet på hotellet er venligt, smilende og er hurtige til at hjælpe.
Jeg synes desuden det er mega sødt, med de unge mennesker og der fandt jeg ud af, at hotellet uddanner de unge mennesker.
Det er tæt på alt, Zeleni Venac (hvis man skal med bussen til Shoppingcentret Ušće), tæt på Kalemegdan.
Ved siden af hotellet er der et supermarked og en masse hyggelige caféer.
Der har ikke været larm fra gaden eller i/ og på hotellet.
Dejligt med ro, og et tv med serbiske kanaler.

Tak for opholdet, det var en fornøjelse.

Booked via booking.com for dog friendly room only to receive a phone call from the receptionist at The Place Hotel in Paighton that we could not have that room and we need to move you to a cheaper room or you can cancel on booking.com and re-book a classic room and not a superior room, we rebooked via booking.com for a classic room only to receive another call saying the same we need to move you to a classic room !!! when i said i have booked a classic, The Palace hotel said i had not booked a classic even when i emailed them the booking confirmation form from booking.com, basically get the impression they dont want dogs in the hotel even though advertise as pet friendly, now booked in to a 4 star hotel elsewhere, my advice based on my experience book elsewhere

Stanze molto piccole, avevamo una quadrupla dove era impossibile muoversi, senza nessun supporto per poggiare i Trolley, senza un armadio
Poca attenzione all’esigenze del cliente, richiesta colazione in camera hanno detto che era un servizio che non facevano
La prima notte la luce della camera non si spegneva e siamo stati costretti a dormire con la luce accesa perché il portiere di notte non sapeva risolvere
Nessun rimborso anche se richiesto
Non conoscono le regole del hotellerie

Sicuramente c’è di meglio a Roma anche in zona

Vi havde bestilt 2 overnatninger til 3 voksne. Kom lidt før tid og fik anvist et værelse, hvor der ikke var plads til 3 voksne. Heldigvis fik vi anvist et andet værelse, som var ok. Meget lydt, da naboen så TV! Intet spejl på badeværelse. Senge ok. Morgen maden virkelig god, derfor de 4 stjerner

Nulla di quello che leggete e vedete sul loro sito e' vero,il posto e' sporco, senza aria condizionata, servizio puerile e non professionale, e gia' sto usando dei complimenti, vending machine per le bibite e acqua, sui pianerottoli dei corridoi,VUOTE,colombi in camera, moquette lisa e macchiata,immondizia di fianco al banco della reception, muri scrostati,arredi e bagno fatiscenti e di almeno 30 anni fa',pulizia inesistente,il tutto a Luglio con 50 gradi all'ombra, ventilatore al posto del frigo bar, richiesto cambio camera a pagamento, manco mi hanno risposto,parcheggio a 18 euro al giorno, mi avessero lavato la macchina almeno, UNICO valido e bravo il PORTIERE DI NOTTE, il resto violentato da una gestione assurda e inetta, scritto mail con mio numero di telefono, non hanno neanche risposto con una scusa o altro.30 anni di esperienza nel settore , e' stata la PEGGIORE della mia vita, e ho dormito in macchina e fatto innumerevoli peripezzie in 50 anni di vita, sono un ex dipendente del mondo del turismo, diciamo cosi', ho fatto il direttore e potrei INSEGNARE a certi assassini di strutture storiche come questa , cosa e' anche solo il RISPETTO per certi luoghi, quasi sacri, in posizioni invidiabili e con un afflusso assurdo.quindi i soldi non gli mancano per una macchina del caffe' o per un dipendente che almeno SALUTI all'uscita del clienti .potrei continuare all'infinito, talmente negativa e' stata la nostra esperienza, ma lascio a chi c'e' stato di confermare il mio vissuto.MAI PIU' in questo posto...peccato, perche' meriterebbe rispetto e cura, come una vecchia struttura PALACE dovrebbe avere...BUONA VITA ai Gestori, speriamo a fare altro, certo NON a fare quello che NON sono capaci di fare...

Ottimo hotel ed ottima cucina.
Stanze ampie curate e pulite, bagno di livello, servizi buoni e personale gentile.
Ottima la zona termale con servizio ottimo e personale attento.
Gravi pecche invece sulla zona delle piscine.
Le piscine sono 3 di cui 2 grandi. Ma non funzionavano i getti di idromassagio sulle 2 piscine grandi, in pratica erano piscine solo per galleggiare… Sulla piscina termale anche lì 2 settori non funzionavano! Non è giusto perchè alle terme i getti di acqua sono il minimo che il gestore deve offrire. Questa purtroppo è una grave carenza!
Avrei dato il massimo dei voti, peccato!

Lovely hotel fantastic location the pool and spa was lovely beautiful grounds staff excellent only one thing think thay were short staffed had to wait long time for breakfast but thay couldn't apologise enough and only one chap on bar

Pessimo, 15 giorni ad agosto, cibo non vario, stanze piccole, doccia in stanza senza acqua calda (6 giorni su 15)

Covid senza controllo con tavoli a 40cm uno dall’altro e stranieri senza mascherina al buffet ai quali è evidentemente concesso contagiare tutti
