Unreliable Service/Delivery
The products are good. But delivery unreliable. Very often they don’t deliver on the booked day. Sometimes they deliver then 1-3 days later. Sometimes not at all.
(I already emailed palegreendot several time. No product in sight)

Less value for more money
I’m an old customer, though I don’t order too often. Before I was asked to move to the new website the boxes were bigger and the delivery was free. It seems that for more money now I’m getting less. I still rated 3 star because the quality of the vegetables is good

Thanks for your feedback and we're glad to hear that you think the quality of produce is good.
Sorry that you feel that the value has dropped since we have moved to the new website - the produce and quantity is exactly the same.
Regarding the introduction of a delivery charge, we offer free delivery to all customers on any subscription box. We have introduced a small delivery fee for one-off orders under £30, inline with most other fresh food companies.
We believe that this was/is the fairest way to keep the price of the boxes low for everyone.

Very speedy service
Very speedy service. Would have been 5 stars but did not know if I would receive a delivery this week as i had left it late last week to order and no delivery time was sent to me. Excellent produce

With regards to a delivery time, next time when you are checking out, if you leave a mobile number as a contact then we text you on your delivery day with a predicted time slot. Hopefully that will help.

Wow you must have a super healthy diet!
Glad you like the selection of produce - you can increase your delivery frequency to weekly rather than fortnightly or if you had a small box increase it to the Premium one which contains even more fruit and veg in. Hopefully that should keep you going for a few more days.

Excellent quality, fair price and good service.
The quality of the fruit and vegetables is excellent and the price charged for them fair. My latest delivery was delayed twice because of unavoidable circumstances. I was kept fully informed at all times and am really impressed by the service. My son has had the meat and dairy boxes and says the quality is high.
