This was my very first time using Pandoraflora, and I am incredibly impressed. First of all, their website was very easy to navigate. The flowers that were delivered were absolutely perfect and matched the pictures on the site exactly. They were also delivered right when promised!
What truly blew me away, though, was their customer service. I forgot to include a card and message with my order, and they actually followed up via text to ask if I wanted to add one. I did, and the message was written exactly as I sent it.
I never thought you could find such outstanding customer service anymore. I highly recommend Pandoraflora, and I will definitely be buying from them again!

Pandoraflora is a lifesaver! I live in a different country than my mom and really wanted to send her flowers for Mother’s Day. Pandora makes it so easy.
The customer service is also incredible and very helpful. I had an issue with the delivery phone number and they immediately reached out to help me solve the problem.

I was looking to have flowers delivered to a friend in China (I live in the US) and couldn’t believe how unbelievably easy it was with Pandoraflora. They got the flowers delivered within 2 and a half hours! Their customer service was great as I had a couple questions. They answered me promptly. The flowers were gorgeous!!
