The panel is exactly as described and works beautifully.
My only concerns cover the tracking system - I was told by email that the item would be with me on a certain day so waited in even though the tracking system gave no details. It arrives several days later (including a weekend) but again little tracking info - if only they could give the name of the courier company and the reference the delivery could be tracked and time not unnecessarily wasted.

We are sorry to learn of your concerns due to the limited tracking information, and we fully appreciate how important clear delivery updates are when planning your time.
Just to explain a little further about our delivery process, we use an all‑day, weekday business delivery service with DX Freight. Once goods have been despatched from our production unit, they are scheduled for delivery on the next working day. However, DX’s business service does not offer highly detailed tracking updates. This is due to the nature of the deliveries they handle — business consignments are often larger, and delivery locations vary significantly in size and access requirements. As a result, their tracking information is more limited compared with consumer-focused courier services.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Your feedback has been shared with our team as we continue to review how we communicate courier details and expected delivery timelines.
We hope you can appreciate that these tracking limitations are unfortunately outside of our control. However, now that you are aware of how the service operates, we trust this will not deter you from ordering with us again in the future. We truly value your custom and look forward to assisting you again.

Very Helpful team
I entered the incorrect email when placing the order, when I contacted the team, they sorted my issue, changed the email and confirmations came in that I had previously not received. The delivery of the boards was swift and as promised. I am not able to comment on the boards as at present they have just been put in a cupboard as we have not had time to unpack them.

The panels arrived within a short time after the order was placed. They're well made and look good.
I was called to confirm the colour I'd ordered as it was different from a previous order. This was great as I had ordered the wrong colour so my error was immediately rectified. First class customer service.
