Since this company won’t let me leave a review even through I received the item I’ll leave it here. This company is a scam and their positive reviews on their website are fake. This dress I got was nothing like what was pictured . It barely qualified as a shirt. I asked for a refund in October and never received anything. Please do not buy from here!!

Complete scam
I’d give them a zero if I could. I also tried to leave a review directly on their website but it wouldn’t let me. First, not only did I receive the wrong dress and it was utterly ugly, the quality was terrible which is an indication of their products. I tried to contact customer service where they asked me for the order number (even though it was clearly stated in the email), and I have yet to hear from them again—it’s been almost a month now.

SCAM!!!! BEWARE!!!!
All the images and reviews shown on their website are not what they send. The images shown were a completely different material and color from what was received. All the images shown in peoples reviews are fake! It all says made in the US and this came from china! They also all stank of cigarette smoke. Im so angry.

COMPLETE SCAM!!!! I was sent just the completely wrong item in addition to 2 others that were all a horrifyingly poor quality. Customer service does not respond and there is no way to return items. I’m now out over $100. This really is a complete scam for your money and information. It’s disgusting.

Received it and it was a shirt.. didn’t cover my bum at all
Tried emailing to return and get a refund but was ghosted have emailed 11 times and haven’t had a response once

Avoid the frustration and shop elsewhere!
Disappointed in the quality and customer service. The website clearly states that returns are accepted (if you pay the return shipping). The quality of the product was decent, but clearly not well designed and there is no chance of getting through to customer support.

Poor quality & don’t respond to refund requests
The dress I ordered arrived and it was different to what was advertised. I have contacted them multiple times for a refund and have been ignored for weeks.

Website is a scam
Product is cheaply made trash and doesn’t match the website images. Customer service makes fraudulent claims that the product is “custom made” and thus not able to be returned without a 40% restocking fee despite the return policy stating that returns are accepted with no mention of any fee other than customer paying the return shipping fee. Custer service responds rudely or not at all. This website is a scam.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I received an item that was completely different to the picture on the website. I have tried to contact the company in multiple ways and I have been ignored. I am now stuck with a poor quality item that I will never wear and £50 down. Really disappointed!!
