Ordered the gift box, specifying an assortment of 8 types of sweets so I could try an assortment, but they only gave 4 of them and that too, most of the box was just made of two kinds of sweets (one of which I did not like and so went to waste). Could have at least contacted me to tell me they were not available before deciding how to fill the box.

Great quality delivered in time, we loved the sweets.

I am so disappointed in the papdi chaat that I ordered. I have never had such horrible papdi chaat in my life.It is such a waste of my time and money. I would not recommend this place as it looks like they don’t even know what the ingredients are supposed to be for papdi chaat.

Excellent quality sweets and also Delivered promptly .

We ordered Bundi Laddos . They were fresh , well packed and delivered with tracking very quickly. The communication was excellent throughout.

I emailed requesting a list of ingredients to ensure that I could eat this item safely as I have food sensitivities.
Sadly I didn’t receive a reply so abstained from trying them however my family and guests enjoyed them.

The prices are good, the quality and flavour very good. The chosen delivery service kept me informed and delivered quickly and exactly when they said they would. The reason for 4 stars was the internal packing which allowed items to move about so that both the Ladoo and Jalebi were 50% broken up. This order was for my mother, sister and myself so I kept all the damaged items and gave the best to them. Still tasted good and the Burfi etc. were in perfect condition.

After a packaging malfunction in transit (which was the deliverer's fault), the business was very apologetic and offered a full refund. Exemplary customer service.

Should have added accompaniments (sauces)

I am a regular Panji Sweets customer and I expect good quality everytime I visit the shop or order online. However, my recent experience where I ordered bulk delivery of Laddoos, I found out that they were too sweet for our liking. Basically, we ordered 25 kg of them. My previous experience of bulk delivery was also the same where I ordered motichoor ladoo and the delivery that I received was not in great shape. Boxes of ladoos were bent or folded and the ladoos were broken. I also expect a better rate for buld delivery orders.

The quality of sweets are always good and it was delivered on time. I did request for delivery a few days nearer Diwali but did not get a response. It worked out fine in the end.

Well done Paaniji and keep it up your prices of all items and please do not increase the prices near to Diwali celebrations like others sellers did two weeks before Diwali with happy Diwali to your all staff 👍👌
