Atrocious delivery service
I got a notification that DPD tried to deliver but I was out. Actually I was at home all day. So the delivery was left at a shop about 2 miles from my house for me to collect. I think it is not right that I should pay 6 pounds for delivery and then have to travel 2 miles to collect it myself.

Delivered stale samosas
Last time, I had given a good review for Panji. This time, they have delivered stale samosas, which I threw into the bin. Bad experience.

£19.99 Postage & Packing!
Postage charged at £6.50 then invoiced for another £13.49.
Ridiculous amount for a few sweets...
If the delivery had been transparent upfront I would not have ordered.
Parcelforce quote under £8 for 4.4kg delivery from their address to mine- in 48 hours.
I could have booked those sweets a flight from London to Glasgow for £6 more!!

The authentic taste of Indian sweets…
The authentic taste of Indian sweets wasn’t there. You have supplied better quality sweets before . In besan laddu, the sugar is over powering. Cannot taste either ghee nor besan. Milk cake is low on ghee as well.

Received wrong quantity of Ghevar. In spite of calling the shop so many times, I haven't received a proper response on remedial action. Terrible communication.

Tasty sweets but packaging is shoddy
I ordered sweets for Diwali. The sweets were of high quality and delivered on time. I didn’t like the way the sweets were packed in the delivery box. The box of ladoos was packed under other boxes which crushed a few ladoos. This was a reason of heartbreak for the entire family.

Quality not the same as earlier
Disappointed this time as the sweets were not fresh and juicy. Did not enjoy them and was reluctant to give them as Diwali gift.
The order did not arrive on the day as confirmed by DPD delivery services. It arrived on the following day.
