At the crystal peaks location, there was a couple young ones who looked to be dating. This is not good as even from my seat in the restaurant I saw them play and touch eachother a lot. They were non problematic when the young man served me, I think his name was Tyler. But it made me and my wife wonder who's in charge and allowing this. It is no place for that type of behaviour. I hope that the place sorts out this as its not the first time we have come in and seen this, other than that the place serves cheap and tasty food.

Had lunch with friends at Papas Crystal Peaks in Sheffield. Pauline our server was lovely and friendly and very attentive. Great food and service thanks

Ate there recently with my family. Haven’t been for a while. The staff were attentive and the food was excellent.
It was really quiet again and I’m not sure why because it’s a really nice experience.
I had halloumi, chips and curry sauce. It was so tasty! The portions are really generous too!
I would definitely recommend!

Best Fish & Chips in Blackpool!!

Myself and partner have been quite a few times and every time the food has been excellent. We came at the weekend with more family members who had never been and were amazed by the portion size and the great quality of the food. There were 8 of us in total and was served by Papa who made us feel very welcome. The experience was great, and as always we will be returning many times in the future along with the family. By far the best fish and chips I have had, the curry sauce is very tasty and the halloumi is also the best I have tasted. Definitely recommend this place to locals and visitors.

Just had a gorgeous lunch at Papas in Willerby. There were five of us and the service by Annie the waitress was amazing. She is a credit to Papas and we will definitely be back! Thank you

Been a couple of times now to the Crystal peaks location for the 6.99 lunch time special and the food was lovely and it’s such a nice calm atmosphere. We were served both times by a lovely lady called Alison. We will be back!

We had a really enjoyable visit to Papas Fish and Chips in Cleethorpes. The fish and chips were cooked beautifully – the haddock was fresh and tasty, and there was no greasy aftertaste at all, which made it even better. The mushy peas were lovely too and complemented the meal well.
A special mention to Lesley, who served us – she was absolutely lovely and made us feel very welcome.
The restaurant was reasonably clean, although it could have been a little better in places. Pricing felt fair overall: just under £38 for two medium haddock and chips, peas, tartar sauce, and a pot of tea each. It’s not the cheapest option, but everything was freshly cooked and really nice, so it felt worth it.
Overall, a very good experience and somewhere we’d happily visit again.

Absolutely love Papas at Crystal Peaks. Always have a wonderful meal there. Staff very friendly, polite and attentive! Great atmosphere! Thank you everyone at Papas, you never fail to impress.

That's what fish and chips should be like. Went to the Drakehouse restaurant near Sheffield. The service was great and the fish and chips superb. 5 star

Horrible meal today, fish was so dry and over cooked I couldn’t eat it. Staff rude and unwilling to change. Sat in the restaurant in Cleethorpes.
Quite shocked by the managers attitude!

Lovely food. Very tasty. Large Portions(even the small ones are plenty).
Lovely meal deal for £6.99 - fish & chips with a pot of tea (or coffee).
Friendly staff, especially Kelly, who was very accommodating, welcoming & professional.
The venue is very spacious in (Beighton, Sheffield), and clean. It reminds me of a 1930s Speakeasy in decor.
Easily accessible.
Outdoor seating available in warm weather. Plenty of options on the menu if you're not a fish lover.
Toilet facilities are clean.

Entered and was greeted by a lovely lady with one of the customers baby in her arms as she was helping them out whilst they was eating their meal, she was bubbly, very happy, the customer service we want to always receive. I’ve actually forgotten her name but she was very easy going, very thorough, quick service, very polite, extremely knowledgeable & has made the experience definitely worth it. I attended with one of my clients and took him for fish and chips and he loved it & said how great her customer service was too as you don’t get that very often these days, so it was happy to have somebody helpful & smiley and cheerful so thank you very much you’ve made our days. Prices extremely good too. Food 10/10. Will definitely recommend and will definitely be back again some day. Thanks again :)

Hands down the best and chips in Kent!

We booked to celebrate family birthdays. We all really enjoyed our meal and desserts. Fish very fresh and tasty and good portions. Great ice cream dessert with caramel sauce. We brought in our own cake which was presented at the table after our meal. Lovely staff, all eager to please and kind attention from Annie to ensure everything ran smoothly. Thanks to all concerned, an evening to remember.

Went to the one in Beighton , service was slow, husband went to tell them the beer was flat their reply was we know but nothing been done about it yet , but still charged us for it, father in law had a cup of tea with his meal and it was a cup a small one at that , need to improve their standards of serving tea , was it worth the money don’t think il rush back

Very slow service. Had to wait an hour for our lunch. This was very difficult for a 4 year old. Chips were fine but haddock was cool. Grilled salmon was overcooked. Overall a poor and disappointing experience.

Visited this establishment 06/05/25 for the purpose of having an alcoholic beverage. Sadly we left in utter disbelief. Firstly we were told to order at the till in the restaurant where we waited whilst the staff member served a guest. Then to my utter disbelief, displeasure and disgust she continued to serve another guest who was behind me in the queue. I challenged the staff member who stated she has not seen me standing there, yeah right, me being a six foot Blackman dressed in a tracksuit with high visibility stripes. With that kind of attitude and customer service I’ll take my business elsewhere.
