Paper planes isn’t a good company

So I brought about $300 worth of clothing from the website, and I must say to get in contact with anyone here is the worst! I order a on sale hoodie and when I tell you it was the WORST purchase ever! The hoodie is a medium but it’s built for some who is a medium body with an extra large arms, it’s probably the worst item I’ve ever purchased! When I tried to email someone about it I still haven’t gotten a response! You can’t call anyway to fix the problem and no one emails you back in an appropriate manner! I will never order another item from this black owned business. Like who makes clothing like that? And if it was a item that something was wrong the should stated that in the description!

Paper Planes

The brand and clothing are great, but if you run into any issues with returns—even if it's not your fault—the customer service is awful. I received a shirt with white paint stains and stretched fabric in the middle of the chest. When I contacted customer service, they initially said there was nothing they could do, then claimed the stains would come out if I washed it. Seriously?? After that, they offered me a gift card but wouldn’t send a replacement or refund me. I accepted, and they sent me a $10 gift card for a $48 shirt. I can't make this up. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Items and Models DO NOT match what you receive

I recently placed an order for beanies from the Paper Planes website. The beanies were labeled "OS" for "One size fits all". However, upon receiving them, I discovered that they were actually made for kids and do not fit adults. I found this misleading as the model in the photo on the website was an adult. I contacted customer service to request a return, but was informed that they do not accept returns for this item. However, I had previously seen that the website had a 14-day return policy, which was mentioned during the checkout process and in the return policy section at the bottom of the page. It was only after scrolling through the item description that I noticed the item was marked as "final sale".

I also reached out to customer service via email to explain the situation and requested a resolution, since the item I received was advertised as "OS" and should fit all sizes. They never responded and continue to ignore my emails.

Absolutely diabolical service I ordered…

Absolutely diabolical service I ordered a black SnapBack cap 2 months ago they sent me the kid size hat when asking to send it backup get my refund I was told it was last edition and it couldn’t be refunded even though it wasn’t my fault. After many back and fourth emails with customer service they finally agreed to refund me. once my refund came it was only half the amount I got back. I email them to try get my full refund and haven’t heard back. Stay well clear

Just purchased a new fall/winter…

Just purchased a new fall/winter item... Paid $69 for the item that arrived yesterday. It's to big so I reached out to return. They were like, that was a final sale item. How the f*** can a fall/winter item be final when it just hit the website? Sales person told me, "it's indicated on the site"... B***S****, we aren't even in that season for this item to be final, it's a new listing!

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. I ordered a new hat for my boyfriend for Christmas and the package was stolen from my mailroom! Yes this is my responsibility to get the package right away, however this is what insurance is for! The customer service experience was terrible and they take hours to respond back to me. I would not waste my time trying to fix this just to try and get another hat for free when the original was taken. Needless to say they didn’t do anything to help me, poor customer service,. Everyone should know how bad this company treats their customers. Another package of mine was stolen at the same time and they immediately refunded my money. Target for the win!

I ordered a black paper planes hat that…

I ordered a black paper planes hat that cost $80 for my husband for Christmas. When I received the hat it looked USED and a little DIRTY!! The hat had red and white little lint dots and marks all over it!! I wanted to return it and get a refund but they said they don’t do returns on hats! I’m currently emailing customer service to see if anything can be done about this mess because I paid $80 for a used marked up lint ball hat! This will be my last time ordering from Paper Planes! Never again!!! Beware if it says low stock DO NOT get it!! Because they will just send you a used or dirty one!

Mann this brand is so janky! Just not worth It!

Mann this brand is so janky! Very over priced. and the quality is almost trash for what they is charging us. I purchased 3 outfits and want to return all of it. after trying it on and feeling the fabrics. just feels so cheap for what they are charging us. Unfortunately they only refund to an gift card. which forces you to buy their stuff, though its trash. Very disappointed overall. Will not ever purchase again.

I ordered 2 items

I ordered 2 items. 1 item was only $18 and the other item was $40. I paid $10 for shipping. After i got a notification that both my items had shipped, i got an email stating that the $40 item was canceled and i got a refund. So this means i paid $10 to ship a $18 item. I contacted customer service about this issue and the represrntative texted me via crll phone stating there was nothing he can fo a d foe me to "sit tight" while he goes over the situation with his colleagues. That was days ago. Now im stuck with paying $10 shipping for a $18 item. Had i known this i wouldnt had made a purchase to begin with. I feel like they scammed me and knee the item was out of stock just to get me to purchase an item that wasnt selling. UPDATE: They finally did the right thing and gave me $10 off the shipping. Fair is fair so im updating the ratings to only 4 stars tho. They need to work on their customer service response still. Leaving customers hanging tight with no response for days cause customers to react the way i reacted. Going days without any contact is frustrating for consumers who feel like they have been cheated.

Awful experience with this Paper Planes brand from Roc Nation.

I bought two hats (Order #195295) to be delivered on August 27 and neither has been delivered yet. They put the responsibility on FedEx and do nothing to fix it. I have forwarded several emails to support and the service is terrible, that when there is service.

My advice? Don't buy anything from this brand. They can't even deliver.

BUYER BEWARE: CAVEAT EMPTOR

I placed an order for two of the new American Dream Black Crown fitted caps. One Black size 7 3/8, One Navy 7 3/8. I have the order confirmation and packing slips to prove this. I received the Black 7 3/8 but they sent me a Navy 7 3/4 with a 7 3/8 sticker on it. So they screwed up and sent me the wrong size hat. I contacted them to resolve this and they ask to send photos. So I sent a video which is more dynamic and verifying. They sent me an email saying they dont accept exchanges and that I should click on the link to start a return and they will refund my money and I can place another order risking the same situation. When I click the link to start a return and enter my information it pulls up my order and BOTH hats are indicated as NON RETURNABLE. Bogus, bait and switch. All of this hassle for THEIR MISTAKE and the customer is left holding a bogus hat in the wrong size that is non-returnable. DO YOUR RESEARCH AND READ THIS REVIEW FIRST. I disputed this with Amex, filing this review, A COMPLAINT with BBB and FTC.gov. All for a $60 Hat that they screwed up on, but will give the customer a hard time returning. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUSPECT. UNACCEPTABLE AND FRAUDULENT. DO NOT BUY THEIR MERCH IT IS NON-RETURNABLE AND THEY SEND YOU THE WRONG SIZES! JUST SLOW. But not surprising considering the owners.

So I made a purchase on this site for two t shirts and a hoody for $215 & a shipping fee of $115 since I live in Denmark.The order was placed in August & till date I haven’t received it.It has taken a lot of correspondence between customer service & myself for almost 3 months before they finally agreed to issue a refund for me.To my dismay, my refund wasn’t the full amount of $325 because they refused to refund the shipping/postage fee of $114!!.Is it not logic for a big brand like this to use signed, track and trace service for their shipments; in other to have control over the movement of the items they send out?Why am I bearing the cost of something I didn’t receive or paying for zero work done?It’s too bad I didn’t use PayPal to pay so i can’t claim total refund immediately or get help with my claim.It feels like there is no one out there to fight and claim my money on my behalf.$325 might not seem enough for someone but I think fairness and transparency should prevail in all things especially for such a big brand like this.( I only buy into the brand because my favorite artiste; Jay Z owns it).I am disappointed and feel bullied! Watch out for them especially when shopping from overseas.:-(
