Park2Travel were beyond amazing! Customer service is top notch. When I accidentally left my wallet in my car after parking at their lot, I rang them in a panic and not only did one of their staff offer to check my car for me, but she personally arranged for it to be sent to our terminal via the transfer bus so we didn’t have to go back and risk missing our flight. Customer service didn’t stop there. One of the staff who was busy cleaning the office on one of the hottest days of the year in England, noticed we were struggling to get bags, children, and pram loaded onto the shuttle, so she dropped everything immediately, ran over to us, and helped us with the lifting and loading. I don’t think it was her job; it was just a nice thing she did because she was observant and helpful. You don’t often find that level of consideration and initiative-taking these days. Although it was a small gesture, it had a big impact.
During travel days when you are already stressed enough, it’s incredibly reassuring to have a company who is trust worthy and accommodating to get you started right on the first step of your journey. We will 100% use them again and recommend them for anyone looking to park near Leeds Bradford airport.

Good service and very reasonable price
I have read several reviews, both good and bad, about this parking service. My experience was good, except it was a bit confusing where to park your Car upon arrival and when to sign in. There is a board for "wait here" in the car park when we enter, but if we keep the car there, then we block the way for the airport shuttle. I just parked in an empty bay and then visited reception. The staff was cooperative, and the shuttle driver waited for me while I went in to sign in. While returning from the airport, I had to wait for only 5 minutes, which I used to buy coffee. Overall satisfied with the service and the lower prices.
