Ice queen and customer service
I purchased my ice queen in august and it has been incredible! I put my coffee in it at 10am and there is still ice left at 6pm!!!
I love that the screw lid gives me an extra security that it won’t leak.
I recently lost the seal for my lid and contacted PIW about purchasing a replacement and they sent me a new lid no questions asked.
So so impressed with the level of customer service

Lovely wine bottle would recommend
Ordered one for myself a while ago and it came really quickly, lovely colours and well made. I have just ordered another 3 for Christmas presents. They kept my wine cool all day, we travelled via car for an hour and walked around all day. I recommend these for wine lovers.

Couldn’t love this brand more! If you haven’t ordered already run don’t walk! I have two ice queens and I have just ordered a further tumbler for my collection. They are such great products and I take them everywhere I go! I used to be rubbish at remembering to stay hydrated , but these have been a game changer for me!
Also helps the products are so pretty to the eye! Great work Lucy and her fab team! Shop small business people, you know you want to!!

Cool wine & cold coffee
My collection is growing fast. I have 3 cups the bottle and the ice queen. I love them all and use them daily.
I have got my friends hooked and recently personalised one for my friends wedding day! Now all her friends are buying them.
The customer service is always 100%. I love this small business!

The only thing that actually kept cool at Glastonbury!
Took our PIW bottle to Glastonbury for our first well deserved glass of cold wine when we arrived - kept cool for the full 24+ hours- bliss!

I don't think I've ever loved a drinks…
I don't think I've ever loved a drinks container as much as I love my Ice Queen. It goes everywhere with me, friends houses, parks, festivals, work... It has had all sorts of drinks in it water, beer, cider etc.. and it keeps it cold for agesss!!! My boyfriend was shocked to the core at 3pm when my ice was still shaking away after being in there at 8am! I love it and would recommend to anyone!

Can’t get enough
I ordered a lilac bottle and tumbler and not only do they look beautiful, they also do a fab job at keeping drinks cool. I’ve ended up with a bunch of photos that feature both products as they just look so nice 🤣. I’ve used the products on beaches in Greece and the UK, as well as at home during the heatwave - a lifesaver. Currently eyeing up another tumbler and an Ice Queen 👀.
Excellent customer service - my query was replied to quickly and appropriately.

During the recent heatwave my entire family unit were using the PIW bottles, tumblers and ice queens to keep all of our drinks cool and they worked wonders! The kids even loved using the tumblers for ice cold water at the park! (Kids cool club cups/bottles?! … just saying 😉) xx
