I ordered my party supplies one week before I needed them to ensure everything got to me on time. This was my first time using Party Puffin and they sent out the order the next day and did everything right on their side, however DHL lost my parcel in their depot and this was not flagged to me until 2 DAYS before my party. I contacted Party Puffin and they sent out a new parcel to me the same day with next day shipping (with only 1 hour to get everything together) and luckily this parcel made it to me in less than 24 hours! I’m so grateful to Party Puffin for going above and beyond for me. You’ve gained a new loyal customer.

I ordered a helium canister, foil balloons, bunting and ceiling swirls. The order arrived on time via DHL and was well packaged.
Products were of great quality and looked great too.

Not a great experience so far. First of all I didn’t get a receipt / confirmation for my order because their emails are sending to anyone with a gmail account, however the response from customer service was very prompt and was sorted immediately. Secondly an item was missing from my order, I have emailed customer service (again) about this issue, I will submit a second review once this has (hopefully) been resolved

I have used a few times and delivery has always been quick. The prices are great too!

I ordered some puzzle books for my dad as a silly present for fathers day. He's been stuck in doors and wanted to cheer him up. Well it's now the 26th of June and my dad still hasn't received his gift because party puffin completely screwed the address up and the courier company can't rectify it without party puffin say so. I gave emailed 7 times and called at least the same amount, no answer on phone and the usual automated reply to say they have received the email.
I am very disappointed with this and certainly won't be using them again or recommending.
Update, why did it take til I write a bad review to get any sort of response. Also I certainly wouldn't have written on address section to Puffin, dads street address, my name, city dad is in, then the wrong postcode, that's how courier received it. Was told by courier it could have been changed if seller had allowed it, seeing as it took over 2 weeks to reply, that us the issue

Great had exactly what I wanted and at a good price

Very expensive postage costs £3.95 on an item that could be shipped as a large letter for £1.00

Bought 2 helium bottles (£88.86) - came to use them for my party. Followed instructions and first ones valve broke blasting all the helium into my face. Second one valve didn’t turn on. So no helium balloons for the party. Emailed twice and had no response.
