I had a wonderful experience with the entire team at Passion Jewellers in Dubai Gold & Diamond Park, especially Mr. Vinod and Mr. Kumar. Their professionalism, integrity, exceptional customer service, and genuine willingness to go above and beyond—including the back-office administrator who stayed late to confirm payment and the company driver who personally delivered my jewellery to my hotel—made this an unforgettable experience. It is clear that this level of service is part of the company’s culture, with every member of the team working together to ensure a truly outstanding customer experience.

I visited their showroom on Thursday evening at around 7:00 p.m. while shopping for a diamond necklace for my 86-year-old mother. Having done extensive research, I visited nearly every jewellery store in Dubai Gold & Diamond Park. Initially, I had intended to purchase from another jeweller because I had built a good rapport with the salesperson there. However, I wasn’t happy with the quality of the chain they offered.

Passion Jewellers stood out for their excellent selection, exceptional quality, and competitive pricing. Combined with their outstanding customer service, my decision to purchase from them became an easy one.

As my elderly mother was making the payment, we encountered delays with the online bank transfer. Despite already being past closing time, Mr. Vinod, Mr. Kumar, and the entire team kindly stayed back for over an hour to ensure the transaction was completed. This also meant the back-office administrator remained behind to confirm receipt of the payment, while the other sales staff, the company driver, and even the mall’s security officer stayed late. I felt terribly embarrassed and apologised repeatedly, but everyone remained incredibly patient, gracious, and reassuring throughout.

Because I was travelling on Saturday afternoon, I asked whether the necklace could be completed by Friday evening. Mr. Vinod accommodated my request without hesitation and delivered exactly as promised. He also provided individual GIA and HRD certificates for each diamond, giving me complete confidence in the quality and authenticity of my purchase.

We had agreed that the individual diamonds would fall within a specified range of colour and clarity, meaning there could be some variation from one stone to another. What impressed me most was Mr. Vinod’s commitment to quality and fairness. Where some diamonds were at the lower end of the agreed range, he thoughtfully compensated by selecting several others with significantly higher colour and clarity grades. The end result was a beautifully balanced necklace whose overall quality exceeded what I had expected. It was a wonderful example of someone who doesn’t simply meet their commitment but genuinely strives to deliver a better product than promised.

To make things even more convenient, the company driver personally delivered the finished jewellery to my hotel and processed the final payment upon delivery. Once again, this meant staying well beyond normal business hours. He was professional, patient, courteous, and extremely helpful.

In today’s world, exceptional jewellery can be found in many places, but exceptional people are much harder to find. Passion Jewellers has both. They have certainly earned my trust and will be my first choice for all future jewellery purchases. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Vinod, Mr. Kumar, and the entire team for making what was meant to be a simple purchase such a memorable experience.

Mr. Vinod and Passion Jewellers will undoubtedly be my go-to Jeweller. I would not hesitate to recommend him and Passion Jewellers to anyone looking for quality jewellery and an exceptional buying experience.

It is worth mentioning I am very surprised by the other ratings here. I am a very prudent buyer and do my homework before making a purchase. This could not be far from my experience.

Sent so many emails asking about an update and only received 1 response, gave the info "Michelle" wanted and still nothing.

Ordered in June and sent numerous emails, reported through Shop app and nada. No contact, no response, no items. It’s abysmal. Reporting the company for fraud - absolutely do NOT waste your money like I did.

I wish I could rate this company -0 cuz that's what they deserve. They are a scam company. I spent $20 for ring paid in full and I have not received my ring. They don't answer or return phone calls and they don't send or return emails either. I have left so many phone messages and email messages and received nothing from them but silence😡😡😡😡 DON'T EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM AND GET SCREWED LIKE I DID!!!!

Total scam. I placed in order in March. Had a tracking number but says it's been in "LA" since May..... Total rip off and now the website doesn't even work 😡

SCAM. I bough a ring 2 months ago and never even recived it. And when i email i never get answer back ever.

Scam, scam, Do not buy from this company. They take your money and you never get the goods. They keep o touch with you at the beginning to see of you want to add more things to your order, then nothing. No replies to emails ang no goods.

I am a single grandma raising her grandson he just turned 5,money is tight .I ordered 4 rings from them send emails no reply it's been over 2months !2 of the rings were for my beautiful daughter in law ,she's coming today with my other new grandson 3wks old and now I don't have her gift!! It's bs and so foul to take money and scam answer to God your a total joke and I want my money back ! Do not order from them they are a total rip off period ! Bad bad bad zero stars !

When received the ring looked really cheap, not like advertised. It was 10 pound supposedly from 46 pound. I found this very same ring on shein for 1.34, shocking!

I bought my new Eva heart ring on the 9th May this month 2025. It cost me £14 and the company of Passions Jewellery took my money and I still haven't received my new ring yet! This company is so fake! Please be AWARE!

I placed an order on 3/18/25 have emailed several times with no response.
They are a SCAM!! Luckily I only spent $11.99 so I figure it they need that money I can live without it!
