This is such a great research tool and Richard’s videos are fantastic even though I have had a number of interviews these have really helped me gain insights to improving my answers and helping my knowledge. I think it’s should be rolled out in schools, universities and job centres as it can really help in understanding how you may answer those harder questions.

Great tutorials, keep it up & thank you so much for the content.

Very disappointing. Bought some materials I wanted for a job interview and saw the free trials in my basket. There was no option to remove this and therefore assumed it was just simply a free trial. I went to check my email as I had a feeling it would try and charge me. At the bottom of the email was a subscription box attempting to charge me £64 per month. £32 for each material I had bought. I was already a bit put off by the massive 'Sale' from £45 to £4.99 which was obviously a lie. Clearly Richard is using that online marketing experience he has. This has now distracted me from preparing for my interview and put me off what I thought was a great website and content creator.

I have emailed the support and also started a live chat to remove these subscriptions as guess what, there is nowhere you can on the website. Very shady way of operating and taking peoples money without their knowledge. Don't bother buying anything and having to go through the bother I cancelling something you don't want.

All the tutorials are great especially the answers to questions.

Regardless of what reply this business might offer, it's simply a scammy, underhanded way of doing business. If you're truly offering a valueable service, you don't need to automatically sign poeple up, plain and simple.
