Passpack is reliable and easy to use

Passpack has been a reliable means of securing and organizing my passwords for years, and with the new UI, it's easy to copy/paste and gain access to your accounts on any computer.

DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE !!

Do not trust this site in any way. My passwords from V7 have all disappeared. I have not received an email to switch from the old system to the new one. I will sue this company and go to court. My e-mails are no longer answered either. Be careful where you store your passwords.

Hello There, to clarify you were informed for three months from March 17 2023 with a clear notice in the App to see every time you logged that V7 was being deprecated. Further, at cost to Passpack, V7 was kept open for a further 6 weeks to July 31st with the payment of an emergency access fee. This was a successful transition for our valued customers.
We have responded to you messages in support@passpack.com clearly stating that V7 has been fully decommissioned, No-One, including Passpack employees, can access old V7 customer information.

Dependable site

Dependable site, easy to use. I've had a couple of incidents when the packing phrase did not appear after the login, but I contacted Support and they were able to help me in short order.

Horrible

Horrible. I was a member for about two years and renewed my subscription when a few months later they changed the platform with no notice. Suddenly I could not retrieve any of my password information. Everything I had put in the system was blocked. There were no responses to my emails, no support, and no way to contact them. At one point they said they would help me, and then there was no action. They kept my money and I had to start over with over 100 passwords. I finally heard from them a year later when they wanted me to renew again! What a nightmare.

Update: Your response to me is simply untrue. If you look at many other customers during that time, you will see the same thing. Repeated attempts to contact you yielded no answers or support. Attempts to reach you over weeks were ignored. New purchasers should be warned. I have never rated a business this way but I feel that you are not being truthful. I hope that your customer service has improved for the sake of your new clients.

Hello Danielle, we are. sorry you cancelled your subscription in May at the auto renewal date. We had no communication prior to that date that would have stopped that occurring. Our support desk is open 24/7 and our standard is to reply to all messages within 24 hours. We received your message in our support desk concerning your issue on September 3rd last year at 12.38pm and responded on September 4th at 08.26am asking for more information so we could help. Unfortunately we never received that further information that was requested. As regards the release of the updated V10 product in February 2023 there was an in app letter from the CEO explaining the change. As a current user this would have had no access impact on you and certainly not the issue of not seeing your passwords in September 2023.

I like how easy to use passpack

I like how easy to use passpack, however the browser must always be in max mode(full screen) if not I cant see detail of item I clicked, would be great if passpac support common window mode. linux pop os have tile mode which I often use.
