This is not for everyone. If you are a slacker looking for a program that will get you money for doing nothing, this isn't for you. This program is for people who follow instructions and follow through, who know how to commit. I've taken other courses and none teach everything. Paul's program does. From mindset to setting up and maintaining FB ads, they deal with it all. And they have highly skilled coaches who are always putting you first. After Paul made his first program, did he retire? No. He could have, but no. What did he do? He redid the program, 7 Fig 2.0, to be better and more powerful. He's not in it for the money. But I will tell you something. Every single bad review on here is from people who were too lazy to do the work, or gave up. You can't base your conclusions on their experience. But be warned. This is not for lazy people who give up easily. You will be challenged and you will receive the help you need if you ask for it. Don't sign up, goof off, and then cram in the last month. You will get nowhere.

I have known Paul personally for two decades and have joined his mastermind after I have seen him go “from rags to riches”. 7 figure entrepreneurs is very much the real deal and will only work for you if you are a dedicated and honest worker. There is no room for fluff and really have to believe in yourself. I would and do recommend this program to many friends and colleagues as well.

Complaint against Passion Builders Online / Paul Nowell (Paul the Trombonist)

I signed up for Paul Nowell’s “7 Figure Entrepreneurs Club” program in August 2023. The agreement required a payment of $9,800 (discounted from $15,000) for one year of access. After attending only a few sessions, I realized the program was not a good fit for me and requested a refund within the first month.

I was shocked to learn that the contract contained a strict no-refund clause, even if very little of the program had been used. This was never clearly explained in my initial call. The contract also required that I pay the full balance whether or not I continued participating. When I asked for a refund, I was reminded that I was legally obligated to pay.

Later, I was told I had an outstanding balance of $4,900. Instead of pursuing me for this amount, they offered to waive it as “a gesture of goodwill.” While I appreciate that, it underscores the inflexibility and harshness of their policies.

The material I did encounter in the program was concerning. Much of the training promoted manipulative sales tactics, such as creating fake urgency (“limited spots” when there were not), inflating prices to create “scholarships,” and using misleading pitches. While they position these strategies as marketing, I believe they encourage dishonesty with clients.

In my opinion, this business operates in a way that may be legally covered by their contract but is not transparent, fair, or ethical. I regret enrolling and would strongly caution others to read the fine print before considering any involvement.

This program is the best online training for musicians and music teachers who want to create an amazing platform to help others achieve their musical goals. The level of support from the staff and other members is incredible. Paul genuinely cares about the success of all the members.

I've greatly enjoyed working with Paul and everyone on his team. Their guidance has been transformative. Follow what they say, put it into practice, and you're in for extraordinary results.

This is the real deal. Really life changing program. If you are on the fence? Have no fear.

Paul and his team are absolutely phenomenal! They have the wisdom and experience you NEED if you are a music educator! I would highly, highly recommend you go to them to grow your music teaching career!

So thorough, and Paul is a master at online marketing. As a creative, it's been fantastic to find a place where I can learn so effectively and have a step-by-step process to create success and substantial income from my own talents and abilities. I’ve tried other programs (making the same claims as Paul) with big promises and zero customer service. They called themselves “mentors” and “coaches”. I took the leap into Paul’s World on September 24 last year. At the time, I was nervous and unsure if it was the right move, but looking back, it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

When I joined, I had just moved from Australia to the U.S. at 24 years old, chasing my dream. Money was tight, and after so many job interviews, the only “day gig” I could land was a teaching job at a local music store with just one student…..I constantly questioned whether I could afford to keep going.

All I can advise is watch out. As someone who has created a successful career in various aspects of the music industry, there is no way in the world that I would ever encourage anyone who teaches music to perhaps become rich through their coaching at the cost of over $10,000.

The advertising suggests that a music teacher can reach a 6 or even 7 figure income by teaching music and gain students who participate in group sessions at the students cost of over $4000? I am sure they must have small print disclaimers somewhere in order to avoid hearing from the FTC.

As part of their advertising to further lure you in to a Zoom meeting, they might share some first names of participants who have significantly increased their net-worth by enrolling themselves as music educators in this unique program.

The marketing strategy is called "Mastermind". You can look it up. It is utilized by several online educational marketing companies similar to this one. Rather than spell it out "School", They spell it "Skool" or something similar.

Perhaps there have been a few verifiable successes, but it is difficult to make a fair assessment with the information they provide and what I was able to learn on my own. During the zoom meeting, they only provide first names of people supposedly in the program who they tell you are making a lot of money, no contact phone numbers or emails as they do not divulge such information. (must be very secret I guess). Only first names? Really now. Heck, if their enrolled music teachers are making so much money, have such an amazing reputation though the success of students who spend thousands of dollars to participate in their group sessions, you'd think the instructor's names would be all over the Internet and there would be a line of students looking to accomplish their hopes of greatly improving their musicianship and skill by spending over 4K to join these group sessions.

I can not of course tell you what to do with your money. All I can do is provide advice that might save you some.

Oh, I almost forgot to mention that on the last Zoom meeting I had with a Paul the Trombonist recruiter which was a disaster, the guy thought that he had disconnected at the end of the call but he didn't and he talked to I guess his recruitment coach who unbeknown to me, was listening in and said some things regarding "folks like him" (meaning me), who (for darn good reasons), share similar skepticism. I had rightfully asked the recruiter if he was on a commission basis and he said that "Paul takes good care of me". The guy was obviously on commission and the woman he continued talking to after he thought we disconnected was providing him advice as to handling recruitment calls and said some negative things about "our types". Really now!. I heard it all! Shame on them.

Instead of spending over 10 grand of your hard earned cash with this program, (I would use another descriptive word but won't), invest a whole lot less by investing in yourself through your own internet marketing, advertising and branding.

If you are indeed a true educator and sincerely committed to making a difference in the lives of others through the transfer of knowledge and experience, then you are not doing it to become rich. A decent living? Sure. But a millionaire or close to it?

There are several entrepreneurs who take advantage of people's desire to learn, succeed and generate great wealth through their magical formula and you can't blame them. Perhaps they themselves are gaining significant wealth by doing so and if it works, and their client base agrees, then more power to them. I am as you should be, very skeptical. Your money in my opinion, is better spent on something else. Take care and go ahead and make some music!

I signed up for another Zoom call by a guy who claimed to have the founder of Senora Guitar enroll in his online coaching class and that's is how Senora Guitar started, from one of these "Mastermind" courses. He stated that Senora Guitars is a 6M/ yr business and touted his own music instructor course as the key to their success.
These online coaching courses are crawling out of the woodwork all with the identical game plan and price tag. Like they all graduated the same class on the same day and went out to employ what they learned. What a racket! STAY AWAY You do not need to enroll in any of these "Skools" to become an accomplished musician! Truly!

Paul and his team are amazing - they lead you step by step in your growth. Being a part of his program has been, literally, life-changing.

Best investment I ever made on learning how to generate wealth. I've spent over $30k on educational courses before joining his program and his program is the only one that made me back my investment in 2 weeks and I continue to make money in ways I didn't even think was possible. If you don't work with Paul, you're leaving A LOT of money on the table. You'd be a fool not to work with him.

Working with Paul has been incredible. His guidance and programs have helped me take ownership of my future by showing me how to start a successful business at a speed and rate I would not have been able to achieve on my own.
