Paxbespoke Avis

We recently had large (almost 4m) wardrobes fitted across the bedroom wall containing our chimney breast. The space is quite awkward with a sloping ceiling on one side and the chimney breast in the middle.

The planning session over video call was great and we were able to try out different options until we found a configuration we were happy with. This included wardrobes of different depths to maximise use of space and custom sections to accommodate the irregular shape of our wall.

The fitters arrived on time and put together the wardrobes really quickly. It was complete in under a day. There were areas they had to make slight changes to plan to accommodate things such as wider skirting boards. They handled these without an issue.

We had chosen the “full service” option and when there was an issue with some doors ikea had provided the fitters went to ikea and back the same day to get replacements. I was pleased to have chosen that option as it saved a lot of hassle of my own having to do this.

Post fitting I had a query and the team provided great customer service, sending someone round to make a minor tweak to the alignment of a door without hesitation. I was very pleased with the after service.

The pricing model is very transparent. You are shown the price for ikea materials, other materials and the labour cost. This allowed me to weigh up doing this myself vs getting this done for me. I am glad I went with the professional option, these would have taken me a lot longer than one day to build, especially given the sloping walls in our house.

Really pleased with the service and would highly recommend.

We are so happy with our bespoke wardrobes and it makes our room come to life. Mike and the team work to a very high standard. Although there was a slight delay due to materials being damaged Mike and team re-arranged to finish the job as quickly as possible.

I love my new wardrobes. They look absolutely amazing and are exactly what I needed in terms of storage. I highly recommend PaxBespoke (previously PaxMobil). We designed the wardrobes on WhatsApp by video, I measured, while Mike advised me on my options. He was polite and really helpful. The guys who came to fit the wardrobes were wonderful. I was at work (from home) while they were fitting them, but when I did speak to them, they were so friendly and polite. The job they did is 10/10! They took off their shoes and left them outside, folded packaging neatly, kept everything tidy, and, they worked with precision - at speed - they were done in just a few hours (3.5 metres of wardrobe)! Don’t hesitate to contact PaxBespoke, there’s no need to go for traditionally built in wardrobes when these do the same job and look just as good. I’ll be a returning customer. Thanks so much for the all round amazing service!

Excellent service from start to finish.
Wardrobe is lovely, just what I wanted.
Friendly and polite fitters, very quick and tidy.
I have no hesitation in recommending them.

We had wanted to have new wardrobes fitted since we moved into our house 3 years ago but just couldn’t afford to get bespoke ones. I found PaxBespoke on instagram a few months ago and we were so happy to find something in our price range. The whole process was so easy- sending measurements off online and a WhatsApp consultation. We were so pleased with the designs!
While waiting to get other work completed we were able to ask questions and Mihai responded to us quickly.
The fitting itself was really easy, it took a few hours for them to fit them. The fitters were clean and efficient. We are so happy with the end result and would recommend PaxBespoke to anyone!

I have seen their work on instagram. But seeing it in real life I was lost of words. And the fact I approached him 1 week ago and went out of his way to schedule me in asap. Shows how dedicated he is to his costumers. I love my fitted wardrobe. It lifted my room up

We wanted to turn our small bedroom into a walk in wardrobe but could not afford the extortionate prices companies charged. I saw one of Mike's ads on Facebook and thought what a great idea. Mike helped plan our room maximising as much space as possible. All done by video consultation...so easy! The price we were quoted was much cheaper than other companies even with more wardrobe space than the other companies had quoted for. Mike's business is the perfect solution for a more affordable bespoke package. Our wardrobes have been fitted today and we couldn't be happier. I was gob smacked when I saw the finished room. I could not believe just how good it looks compared to our dump it spare room. There is so much space I don't know how I am going to fill it all! I have been impressed with the service from start to finish.

Mike was recommended to me by a friend - so glad she did. Checked out Mike's Instagram page and made contact. Had some building work to complete first so from initial contact to fitting was a bit longer but that was down to me. Mike went out of his way to help with my constant change of mind and final design. Work was planned over two days however they were finished in a day and a half. Very tidy polite and un-intrusive work force - wouldn't hesitate in recommending PAXMobil and would definitely use them again. Thank you for my lovely walk-in wardrobe I'm so chuffed with it - what a fantastic difference your team has made.

We were very pleased with the whole process from start to finish and the wardrobes look great. The team is friendly and efficient. We will be using them again on future projects.

Well that was a great experience from start to finish. Mike and his team were brilliant. From the initial video call to fitting day. I knew it would be good when the guys turned up in flip flops, leaving them at the door….it’s the little things that make a big difference to customer experience. Wardrobes look great, everything left clean and tidy.

Ps. Well worth paying extra for Mike to order everything. I didn’t have to take delivery and check it all. One of the doors was scratched so they arranged a replacement on the same day. Had I ordered everything myself, I would have had to arrange the replacement.

Highly recommend.

We are so pleased with our wardrobes we had done today. They are perfect, and the men that fit them were so professional and polite. We highly recommend and will be using the company again.

Good video call initially the Mike called to house to measure. Wardrobes and insides chosen by myself within a week delivered and fitted.
2 joiners arrived on time. Clean and took shoes off.
So pleased with their work. Would recommend. Thank you

Mike and his fellow carpenters installed five wardrobes, building a plinth for the wardrobes to sit on to, with matching beige end panel and top panel to achieve a built in wardrobe look.

They were extremely neat and tidy, taking care of our property, removing shoes and taking away all the wood waste.

The price was very acceptable to us. Almost a third of the price we had been quoted for fitted wardrobes!

I would 100% recommend Mike & Partners.

Thank you Mike! GREAT JOB, we are delighted!

Really happy with our new wardrobes. Great design process that listened to what we need. Quick installation and they look great! Great communication and customer service from start to finish.

Absolutely fantastic company. Fabulous workmanship. Great quality wardrobes. Great experience from start to finish

I’ve just had my wardrobes fitted and I absolutely love them. The 2 men that fitted the wardrobes were lovely and so good at what they do, they were very quick and hard working and even tidied up after themselves!
So happy with the overall service from start to finish. Will definitely be recommending this company to others and I’ll be back again for some more wardrobes soon 😊

I am beyond happy with the finished wardrobes that the team fitted. From the initial visit to measure, design phase and fitting I was involved and advised thoroughly. I was given time to make decisions and advice provided where needed. The guys that fitted the wardrobes were great, hardworking and did an amazing job all for a very competitive price. I would recommend and will definitely be using again for any future projects.

Great company. Highly recommend. From the design stage to the fitting, everything was fully discussed, our ideas incorporated into the design, and kept up to date at every stage. Fitters were fab - polite, hard working and finished to a high standard. Thankyou
