Horrible company have really bad…

Horrible company have really bad customer service they do not Communicate or talk to you when things go off the rails they will not even give you a phone call I asked a legit over thirty times for a call sill As of this review have not received one I was respectful asking the first 10 Times i asked but the next 20 times I was not as respectful as you could tell I was very frustrated One of the payments was missed because let me quote a lady named Nicole said that she would make sure the money came into my account at 6:00 o'clock every day well that promise wasn't delivered so one of the transactions I had with payability taking their money bounced I don't blame Nicole it doesn't seem like they have a lot of people up there working to begin with which is probably why it didn't get done but since it didn't get done they wasn't able to take their money without it bouncing I could have added money in there from my personal savings account so they could have took their money on time but they never had the decency to give me a call so I never was able to correct it And I was very unsure of how to handle the situation because no one was communicating with me through a phone call which made me very leery about the whole situation considering they wouldn't just call me which is a little weird because I owe them around $85,000 you would think because I owe them that much they wouldn't drag their feet but they did and they will probably do the same to you And then they will put a lien against your account for almost two months and you will get no money from it do not use this it will really hurt your business for about 2 months When they mess up

Our collections team has been in frequent contact with you to address the repayment issues that arose. As part of our service, Payability advances funds to help businesses access their marketplace sales faster. However, when it comes time to debit repayments, it’s critical that the necessary funds are available to cover those amounts. In your case, several repayments failed, which created complications for both parties.

We recognize the importance of communication during these situations, and our team has made numerous attempts to resolve this matter with you. We understand your frustration, but it’s important to note that our ability to advance further funds is contingent on receiving timely repayment of the funds already advanced.
