Pathetic service and they charge 4aed per transaction, none of the bank charge like this, I will not continue anymore this shit bank.

Avoid using PAYIT.

The app may be easy to use for everyday transfers and payments, but it completely lacks transparency. The transaction history shown in the app does not match the actual bank statement, and the fees are not clearly disclosed.

Every transaction is charged AED 3.15, whether you like it or not, yet these charges are effectively hidden from users. This is unacceptable. Customers deserve clear, accurate, and transparent information about every fee before completing a transaction—not hidden charges that only appear later.

If you value honesty and transparency in your banking services, think twice before using PAYIT.

Very very very very bad service.Its my first time to use this app to send money international.But 3-4 days already the receiver not yet receive the money.And once you ask them for refund it’s takes time more than a week your money still not refund.Its so very very disappointed for there service you can’t rely to them.

Shitty bank services.

Customer service doesn’t know what they are doing and just unnecessarily speak like some automated bot repeating the same thing again. I was supposed to receive money from International Remittance and its been 12 days and I haven’t received anything.

My advice to who ever is downloading this app is to never keep high balance in your account as you may lose access to you account suddenly and repeatedly

I have so many complaints.

First, my salary card got blocked, and it still hasn't been unblocked despite me following up for the past 2 months.

Another thing, I tried to withdraw cash using the SMS Cash option. The amount was deducted from my account, but when I went to the ATM, I was unable to withdraw the money.

Also, when I transferred money to my Payit account, I received double amount. I informed immediately so it could be returned or the balance adjusted, but I still haven't received any update.

This is the worst customer care ever.

My experience with Payit has been extremely disappointing. Emails remain unanswered, and every time I contact customer care, I have to explain the entire issue from the beginning because there is no proper case follow-up. The calls are not toll-free, forcing customers to spend additional money just to seek support. The customer service staff are often rude and unprofessional. On one occasion, I was even told, "Go and complain wherever you want; it is your right," instead of receiving assistance. There is a serious lack of accountability, communication, and customer care. I expected far better service for handling customers' hard-earned money.

Quick and easy way to pay a friend, it linked to my phone app quickly and was transferred quickly.

Worst experience ever. I dont recommend. To be safe, don't use the app just withdraw your money or else it float for more than 1 month like i did

I transfer to my other bank as payit/ratibi was my salary card. it floated for more than 1 month. everytime i call "its under investigation, another emails has been sent, we will check what happened, we don't have this in our hands". So many excuses because they never wanted to fix the issue. It not even a small amount. I have to work for that salary. Now another issue as occured. It say failed transaction but deducted to my account. Now i have to call again to have my money.

If I can rate it 0, I would. Poor customer service. Poor service. On top of that they don't have a physical office you can go to for complaints.

Dont fall for pay it. They are scammers. They will not give money back. Be carefuk

I GOT SCAMED BY PAY IT!!! I send 1550 aed to my family back home . Instead of deducting exact amount they deduct 3100 on my bank and it was on my bank statement.! But my family recve only 1550! Dont use this app

I had been having issues with payit customer service since February 16 2025. My money is on hold since then and I have been trying to get in contact with them. When ever I contact them they say by today evening or tomorrow. Last Wednesday when I called customer service, the lady was so rude to me and said, " if you are so dissatisfied then go and complain in Central Bank of UAE. No one stopping you." I still haven't received my money from them.

Because I apply physical card on 11 Feb 2026 but still not received
I call 4 times to costumer care and 3 times mails but still not received card fees already consumed give me my money back 26.25 aed😡
Guys don't try to use this waste money+time (I suggest Botim or dupay very good service)

We call the costumer hotline but its to difficult to talk the call center agent.
Because we didn’t open our pay it.

Multiple attempts to contact Payit FAB with no response so far.
Hoping this gets noticed and resolved soon.

The only good thing about payit is the debit card colors, nothing more, no phone service no email service no live service, even login in with my phone no says it doesn't exist, what a shame. I wonder how can still advertise about this product.
Better to spend this on your poor customer service, or the service that does no exist.
