Why the 4 Stars?
The website was easy to use, you would have had the order a week earlier had I known that the prices included VAT, I was informed originally on the phone that VAT would be added to the web price.
As in the ordering process you request phone and email details, an email to advise which day the order would be delivered would be helpful.
That is the reason for 4 stars.
That doesn't mean I will not be using you again, staff that I interacted with were very helpful.

I looked to place a small online order…
I looked to place a small online order for pick up at the Gorleston depot but couldn't get the delivery fee off the price. Gave up and phoned to confirm I could pick up the items, which I did and paid by card. The next day their delivery driver tried to deliver the same items, which I declined and a message from paypall to say my transaction was completed, on a transaction I did not complete. So thanks for that, I now have to recover the money from paypall.

We have a minimum spend for Norfolk deliveries of £50 + VAT and as your order was less than this, a delivery fee was applied. I have looked into your transaction with us and I can see that your online purchase with us was cancelled, so that your payment was never completed, so you will not have to contact PayPal for a refund.
With that, I apologise for the confusion as we had processed this payless transaction and scheduled a delivery to you, even though the transaction was never completed.

Had an eta for today. Still waiting with no shipping info. Nobody is answering their phone and two emails have not been replied too. Need to improve communication as I’ve wasted a day waiting for this.
