The engineer arrived earlier than expected and was very curtious. He checked everything on our stairlift and pointed out that new batteries were needed which we accepted.He also adjusted the slide mechanism so that the chair would be more level with the top of the stairs. Overall we’re very happy and satisfied with the service provided and hope to continue with the stairlift for a long time yet. Many Thanks Robert and Pauline GRIFFITHS

The engineer arrived promptly and was very polite introducing himself.He did a very thorough service of my year old stairlift asking me if I had any problems with it.I have been very pleased with P C Mobility customer service since I first needed a stairlift.I would recommend them to anyone.

From ringing the admin staff to arrange and engineer coming to service the stairlift, I cannot fault the service. Professional, prompt, kept me informed of stairlift service findings and good value for money.

We started exploring the need for a stairlift within the last month. PC mobility was the first company we visited near Blackwood. The office staff were helpful and put us in touch with the surveyor who contacted us with the hour and visited the same afternoon. We needed to have some minor building work to be done. The building work was completed and our stairlift was fitted within a week. The installers came on time and finished at exactly the estimated time. The explanation of operating the stairlift was really clear and the installer observed the first attempt to make sure we had understood the instructions. All the safety features were explained and we were reassured that we could phone if there were problems. Excellent service and great to use a local business as everything ran smoothly.

A gentleman came for a routine service. Once I opened the door, he introduced himself and asked about the stairlift and how it's been performing. Made sure we were aware of the tools on the ground and to be careful not to trip over them. Overall, very welcoming and polite.

We have been using PCMS Blackwood for sevicing our stairlift for several years now and have always had good prompt service without being ripped off(unlike some of the companies out there). The engineers are alway polite, friendly and helpful. Today the engineer arrived within a couple of hours after speaking to the office to book the appointment. Excellent service!

Great response at short notice to service and replace batteries/bushes on my mother's stairlift. Neil Williams attended and provided a great service which included advice on operation, instructions and importance of user wearing seat belt during travel.

We have had a stairlift for a year now and it has worked fine. During that time I have not had to call out the company once. I have just had the annual service done on it. Neil came at the arranged time, he was polite and professional, stripped the machine right down, there was no mess at all. I am a satisfied customer.

The company made the whole process very smooth and straight forward. From my initial contact until the stairlift was fitted I was kept fully informed as to what was happening and when. The price quoted was far less than other companies I had approached, the office staff were courteous and Neil, the installer, went above and beyond in explaining all aspects of the stairlift, usage and maintenance. My overall experience with this company was excellent, I have passed on contact details to others and am happy to recommend them to anyone looking for a quality, reasonably priced, stairlift from a company who goes that bit further to satisfy the customer.

Top class company. They not only gave me the best price for the old stairlift but the service was superb. Great communication before and on the day of removal. The engineer who removed the lift was very polite and considerate. Payment made in cash as soon as the lift was removed. absolutely delighted.

Overall, the installation is complete and we're happy with stairlifts. Jack was efficient and kept us up to date with progress - no complaints there.

However, the 'surveyor'/salesman R.W. is another story - useless. His perfunctory assessment was essentially 'it'll be fine, no problem'. I was a little surprised as there was a cabinet at the foot of the stairs, but he didn't seem to think it mattered and certainly didn't mention it.

When Jack attempted the installation he said there was a problem and that the surveyor would need to visit. R.W. turned up and said it was 'obvious' that the cabinet would need to be moved.

I pointed out he should have advised us so we could get it emptied and moved in preparation, but he just kept repeating 'it's obvious it needs to be moved'. Very unhelpful and borderline rude. As he was of no use and unhelpful I asked him to leave.

Jack and I then emptied the cabinet and moved it so the installation could resume.

If Reg had thought to mention it would be an issue we could have moved it in good time, avoiding hassle and delay. He was more keen on securing the signature of my 92 year old father.

We needed a stair lift quickly. Someone came to measure up the day after our phone call and 3 days later we had the stair lift fitted. Really pleased with the service and the chair.

This company were very quick to provide a quote and once a decision was made, installed the stairlift the next day. Installation was quick, no mess and communication was excellent. Jack, the young man who installed it, deserves a special mention, very polite and explained everything well. We opted for a reconditioned stairlift and all is working well, very pleased with the service. Have already recommended to a family member!

Made enquiry Monday morning came afternoon,very helpful,agreed price, fitted Tuesday! Would highly recommend.Particular thanks to Jack, who was polite and thorough!
