What a ridiculous cash grab. After four seasons of being able to watch The Traitors on Thursday nights with a regular Peacock subscription, now we suddenly have to pay more or wait until Friday? I already PAY for Peacock. Taking away something subscribers already had and putting it behind a more expensive plan isn’t an upgrade. It’s forcing customers to pay more for the exact same experience they had before. And Friday night? Who decided that was the better option? Terrible move, Peacock.

This platform is garbage they will never be able to compete with the other services. All peacock is doing is selling our data and offering shite tv and movie options for their pricing. I can't wait till this fails out completely and we dont have to see it around any more. The platform is completely garbage. Oh and want to cancle your account ? They purposefully make that difficult. You cant even do it at their website who ever .ade that policy youre a terrible person. Moraless monsters at peacock can't wait till its gone forever

I hate the new UI update

On the web version, it no longer tells you which episode you are watching. You have to click the view more button.. and then it will tell you which episode is playing.
Often the skip recap or skip intro prompts never show. The 10s rewind being on the very edge of either side of the screen is very inconvenient when clicking over from a different screen.

On completion of a season, you have to completely go back to the homepage to even view the episodes of the next season as often, the next episode prompt does not show.

Wow I love the black and white line up of old movies Dracula, Wolf man etc all together it can't be found like that on another TV network

They have like a million republic political ads . Like omg shut up I get it

You know how advertisements say "watch on peacock"? Half of those things are not included in a basic subscription. Last night's football game "watch it on peacock". Bullsh*t. Not included with basic subscription.

Also, things like Law & Order don't include all seasons. Why??? They should take a cue from Netflix and HBO Max which are much better services.

I have a crazy amount of problems with them! This time I’m out of town logged in got their one time code 5 times!!! Still could not watch the first football game of the year. I have their premium plan!!! Please stop letting them participate in SPORTS!!!!!!!!!

So I cancel my subscription which expires Sept 19th. Here it is Sept 6th and I go on there to watch my favorite baseball team which was on Peacock and I find out I had to resubsctibe to watch it. Why did I have to resubscribe if my subscription didn't expire till the 19th? Very bad for business and I swear I will not subscribe to this app ever again. And yes I deserve a refund!

I actually love peacock. Until recently. It constantly buffering and the live action is grainy. It's frustrating to pay for something that has so many problems

I want to cancel Peacock which is attached to Amazon but every effort is thwarted.

Honestly the selection is good but in order to watch anything you need to upgrade or buy add-ons. Also tried to cancel my plan and they instead upgraded my plan! I didn't notice till a few months after when I saw they were still charging my card and you can't contact costumer service. I wouldn't recommend.

A business without a phone number or no customer service is not a business.

The only reason that I have this service is because it's free with my internet. The settings are terrible, I turned off auto play but yet, it still goes to the next episode 2 minutes before the current episode ends.

The base service with ads should be free, especially since its the same 5 commercials all commercials about medical drugs. I have to sit through a commercial about HIV medicine with men holding hands, I am not homophobic but I really don't want to see things like that. I'm pretty sure that majority are on the same boat.

I used an ad blocker, but it seem to have cut the episode short by a few minutes. It was still better than seeing guy on guy or even the last one which was a drag queen with 3 guys by the pool. They barely have any good shows, mostly garbage reality tv. Who wants to see a bunch of modified ugly women arguing about nothing... (all of the real housewives shows). Thankfully they do have corner gas, the middle, community and kims convenience. The original shows aren't good either. Twisted metal was ok, but st dennis medical? terrible.

The price being raised to $19 is bonkers for real! It’s CRAZY town to pay that much for 0 new content or raining the experience at ALL. Soooooo annoying and I’m over it.

After this last rate hike I tried to cancel. They wouldn't let me just taking me for a ride. They were going to steal $20 from me every month. Not gonna let that happen. I had to cancel my credit card & get a new one. I suggest that, they will charge you any way they can.

The Walmart free stream choice. No Nascar races. Google even lies and says with Walmart subscription you can watch the NBC races. I will cancel this peacock. Not worth a dime.

Want to pay money and not watch your shows? Never want your program to load? Want your movies interrupted consistently? Want to be treated like a cont by a billion dollar company that can't make an app? Get peacock, it's focking shit.

Peacock TV streaming service is awful. So many commercials you can’t even finish a 45 minute episode in under a hour not worth it at all

This company Peacock is starting to gouge it's customers. They increased my rate $20.00 again this year.
I only watch 2 TV shows on it. I had to cancel my subscription because it's gotten so expensive.
SHAME ON YOU PEACOCK!
