Shocking greed and rampant profiteering.
It’s heartbreaking to watch this practice go downhill like this. My family and a bunch of friends used to swear by this place, but now most of us are slowly looking elsewhere. Over the past few years, so many of the talented, experienced dentists we trusted have left, and it feels like they’ve stopped caring about quality and started cutting every corner they can. Appointments feel rushed, attention to detail is gone, and the warmth that used to make this place feel like a safe, professional environment is completely missing. It’s frustrating and honestly upsetting to see a place that once felt so reliable and welcoming turn into something that just churns patients through like numbers. What used to be a practice you could trust with your family now feels like it’s more about cost-cutting than care. Truly a shame.
