Perfect Corset NY Clothing Avis 

Items did not fit, I reached out to them the same day I received the order and they declined my return without any explanation.
Horrible company

They sent me an extremely poor quality top passing as a corset. There is no boning in this item made of low quality material. It wasn’t worth the $77 I paid. I didn’t even try it on, and immediately on delivery, I requested a return address as per their 14 day policy. When I didn’t get a response, I filed a case with PayPal to enable me return the item on item. Sure enough, that got them to send me an email; see below verbatim:

“Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your recent return and refund request. After reviewing your case and considering the condition of the product you want to return, we have decided to process your refund.

Due to the relocation of our U.S. warehouse, we are unable to handle returns this month. As a result, we would like to request that you return the items to our factory in China at your own expense.

Before returning the product, please consider the following options:

You can return the items by yourself. Please return the package as a gift or declare a value not exceeding $5 , please be aware that you will be responsible for any taxes and shipping fee incurred during transit. Perfect Corset will not cover these expenses.
If you love our corsets and want to avoid return shipping charges, you can choose to keep the corset and we will refund 30% of your payment.

The return address is as follows:

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund, which will include deducting the shipping fee. The refund process typically takes 3-6 business days from the time we receive the returned package.

The time required for payment channel refunds is as follows:

PayPal checkout: up to 48 hours business day
Credit card account: 7-14 business days (actual time may vary based on each card issuing bank.

PayPal closed my case in their favor, enabling these scammers to continue their scams. They are not US based. They advertise heavily on social media and give the illusion that they are, and that they’re reputable. The truth is that they are a scam organization in China defrauding people with their cheap products. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.

Read all the low rated reviews on here and see the pattern of their scam.

Stay away from these scammers!!!! Terrible quality! They don’t accept returns and wouldn’t even give me their address.

The item was OK, but I tried to return for another size and they said it would have to be shipped to china at my own expense or I can keep it and receive a 20% refund.
Seems like a total scam to me and I wish I had checked the trustpilot reviews before purchasing.

Poor quality, the fabric ripped o eve as soon as I laced it and split open when I sat down. I reached out to the company they offered to "send a replacement" and never followed through. I have pictures of the ripped item. DO NOT BUY from here.

I wish I looked at the reviews before purchasing. When I looked afterward, I attempted to cancel my order. However, the representative informed me it couldn't be canceled because my order had already been shipped (although I didn't get the shipping notification until days later). Further, when the corset arrived, it was too small and the dress was low-quality. I attempted to return it but was advised that I couldn't return it due to their return policy. This has been the worst experience dealing with this company, and I would encourage everyone not to buy from here.

AVOID Perfect Corset NY! They are not a trust worthy business. They have no qualms about lying, stalling, and making up excuses to avoid any customer service or returns. They lied about the returns package being "lost and returned to sender" when it was forwarded to a 3rd party agent that delivered it. Zero honesty and will attempt to mislead you any chance they get.

They also make you ship returns to other buyers. This is why they do not have an automated return process. and make you wait days for getting a return. Read the other comments online and do your own due diligence.

Corset Didn't fit.
With an item that requires fairly precise measurements you would think the company would make the returns process easy right? So you can get the right product for you.
Nope.

We offer a refund when the product has not been opened and is unused and a partial refund when the packaging can not be accounted for.

Any returns must be in the original packaging with proof of purchase."

So because I have opened the package and tried the item on I now must pay to return the item only to get a partial refund which could be as low as 10% as they don't state otherwise.

Absolute waste of time and money

Although I shouldn't be surprised as it item was shipped from China.

The return policy is appalling and the customer service replies to you once per day even though you reply immediately they wait to the next day to answer. They are polite but they don't help you with your issue if you want to make a return. I contacted them that I would like to make a return because it doesn't fit. They have now been stalling the return by sending me their appalling return policies and try to change my mind to make an exchange instead. Have been like that back and forth... I need their return address and they are not giving it to me.
Don't buy from this place! Return is impossible! They wear you out til you give up and keep their ill fitting corset.

Lieferzeit 6-8 Wochen. Nichts. Erst auf meine Anfrage hin, wurde mir erklärt, die Artikel seien ausverkauft, aber Ende Monat wieder verfügbar. Eins von drei Stück wurde dann geliefert. Erneute Nachfrage, Antwort: sei verschickt. War nicht so. Erst nach dem ich bei Paypal einen Fall eröffnet hatte, wurden die anderen 2 Stück verschickt.
Sendung 1 kam in grauer Wish-Verpackung aus Singapur, Sendung 2 in selbiger Verpackung aus HongKong.
Habe dasselbe Modell bei Temu bestellt (für einen Bruchteil des Kaufpreises von perfectcorsetny) und siehe da: Die Modelle sind identisch.

I have ordered from Perfect Coset SEVERAL TIMES and it never disappoints. The corsets are perfect, excellent condition and the quality is AMAZING.

I am so glad I ordered from them, I got two coresets and I was actually shocked of how good the quality is and how well they fit. I saw there are some bad reviews and others had bad experiences, but for me it went super smooth and I'm very happy with their products.

I am actually shocked by the many negative reviews.

My experience with them has been absolutely fantastic. I have ordered a secret form bra corset and a matching flower necklace. The shipping time was absolutely acceptable for overseas shipping (I think it was around two weeks, but don't quote me on that 😉)

The quality however was what really surprised me! The corset was very well made, the materials used feel high quality and after several times wearing it it still looks brand new. The necklace was also very cute and looked literally like on the photos.

My sister ordered a lingerie set and that was well made as well.

So please do not fall for all the one star reviews, to me they look like part of the economic war that Temu and Co. are fighting....

Absolutely stunning! I have always struggled with cup size however you can choose your cup and body size which is what made me purchase in the first place. The quality is impressive and it fits beautifully. I will definitely purchase more
