Perfect stays staff are so helpful every time we have stayed in one of there properties excellent service by all staff we stayed in longships really nice walks beach is just down the road I have recommended to friends because the properties we have stayed in are so nice everyone of loved the holidays thank you very much

We booked a "luxury" family holiday with this company at "Panorama". It cost more almost £12,000, so we hoping for high end. "Perfect" stays didnt even have the courtesy to tell us before arrival that a large glass window had been broken and boarded up spoiling the 'panoramic' view. Property management issues (moldy shower, doors not opening/closing, dirty spa pool filter flap, equipment needing to be cleaned before use, glass unclean, terrible, cheap nasty provisions such as toilet rolls...The list goes on and on! Even the tablet for checking in was locked on a low brightness setting, making it a nightmare to use!
So, a dreadful holiday venue - but "perfect" stays are not responsible! An insulting offer (from owners) of £300 for all this!
Knowing how you're "valued" as a customer after this fiasco - I certainly wouldn't recommend them!!!! Overpriced and didnt meet expectations!

Ok, correction, so my disappointing (not "perfect " stay was worth PART - of £300!). So, £150 from "perfect" stays!

Your email requesting further details purely backed your "offer", and expected a 'final' snagging list of all the sub standard provision we encountered. So, your valued customers do your job for you!

Ive found this whole saga disgraceful, but will email you a summary of items so far, before consulting with my solicitor.

The accommodation was very clean light airy and spacious and had all the facilities and kitchen equipment required on the premises

We stayed at Headlands in Mawgan Porth for a week in September for my milestone birthday celebration. From the booking process onward Perfect Stays were helpful and responsive in every way. They helped with concierge services and customer support was excellent throughout, although we had no reason to query anything regarding the property. It was exactly as described and we were truly delighted with the special little touches provided by the owners - musical instruments, fabulous books and artwork - this all really added value to our stay. The welcome pack provided was wonderful - fresh bread, bacon, eggs, scones, cream jam - more than we had anticipated but very welcome. The hot-tub was fabulous, outside space fantastic and those views - wow!! We had a wonderful holiday and wouldn't hesitate to use Perfect Stays again. Headlands is amazing - the views to the sea and the village are fabulous! We'll treasure the memories of our Perfect Stays holiday at Headlands! Thank you.
NB Although it didn't affect us there is quite a lot of development going on in Mawgan Porth and we sincerely hope that this doesn't spoil this perfect spot!

Tregoose is a fabulous property in a great location. It’s extremely spacious, very well equipped and spotlessly clean!
The Perfect Stays team were very helpful & efficient from start to finish.

Thanks to Perfect Stays for a seamless process with great communication. We really enjoyed our stay at Harbour Walk - it has plenty of space, is well furnished, two parking spaces are handy and only minutes from so many restaurants. It was a good base for walking out along the coast.

We had a fantastic holiday at Harbour Walk in Padstow recently which we booked through Perfect Stays and from start to finish they provided a fantastic service. Booking the holiday was easy via their great website and the information they provided about the property was really helpful, enabling us to decide that this was the best place for us. It was really kind of Megan to ring us on the day we arrived to check that if we needed anything and even better that she helped us to find a different route to the property when we realized our car might not get through the tight road leading to it. That was a massive help and she stayed on the phone to talk us through the different route and we all really appreciated that as we'd had a long drive and she solved what could have been a stressful problem!
There was a small issue with a missing Sky remote controller while we we there but we reported by email to the housekeeping team who replied very quickly and a new remote was delivered to the property very quickly too and so that was impressive.
Our stay in Padstow was really enjoyable and the property lived up to everything that Perfect Stays described.
All of their staff have been really helpful, particularly Megan and we'd thoroughly recommend to anyone :-)

The property was ideally situated and very well maintained The staff at Perfect Stays could not have been more helpful and the concierge service was very useful. We had a small problem during our stay with the washing machine that was dealt with by Sam who could not have been more helpful. We would not hesitate to book this property again.

We had a fantastic week at Constantia. Having stayed at a number of houses in the area this stood out to be in a class of its own. It wasn’t a rental it was somebody’s home. Everything was spot, sauna, hot tub and all the chefs accessories you want BBQ, Pizza oven etc. great stay.

3rd year using Perfect Stays .. fantastic service from booking to check out . Stayed at Treasure House in Polzeath . Beautiful property in a fantastic location . Booked for next year !! Highly recommend .. 6 star !!

Fantastic service from the Perfect Stays team. I had a lot of requirements and questions ahead of my stay at one of their properties but the team delivered all with a friendly and efficient and timely manner.

I would not hesitate to use them again!

Perfect Stays were superb in all they did to help make our family holiday memorable. The staff at the office, the concierge service and the management team looking after the house went out of their way to support with the specific needs that became necessary after the booking. Emails were answered promptly and they were extremely helpful.

We had an excellent stay in Porthleven with Perfect Stays and thoroughly enjoyed our time at the property. The house was fantastic and had absolutely everything we needed, making it feel like a real home away from home.
The concierge service was excellent and incredibly useful both before and during our stay. The team were helpful, responsive and made everything very easy for us.
The property itself was beautifully presented and we really couldn't fault it.
We had a wonderful time in Porthleven and would happily book with Perfect Stays again. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Nightjar, Dulverton. The property was amazing, the kitchen was very well equipt and gorgeous linens/towels in bedrooms & bathrooms. On arrival there was a vase of flowers, and a hamper- which was delicious and a lovely thought, packed with local delicacies. We holidayed as a family of four, 2 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 dogs- all enjoyed! The views from the decking were amazing , we enjoyed the hot tub . The only suggestion would be for a parasol on the decking- it was 32 degrees the week we stayed, and shade was needed. All in all a great time was had- and we would definitely book with Perfect Stays again .

We loved staying at Seastar - Porthcothan beach is a favourite of ours - we loved the spaciousness of the house and the close proximity to the beach. Our only criticism is that you can’t check in until 4:30 pm which is quite late when you are travelling a long distance. But everything else was perfect and concierge staff very helpful and friendly.

We have just had our third stay in Sea Breezes (and have booked already for next year). It is the most perfect house from every point of view from the beautiful views, garden for the children to play in, location to Daymer Bay, and equipped to a very high standard and I cannot fault it in any way. We had brilliant weather and we have all come home saying we can’t wait for next year! We are extremely grateful to the owners for sharing their home. Perfect Stays have as always been extremely helpful from start to finish.

Great house, really well equipped and awesome setting. We really enjoyed going to bed and waking up to the sound of the sea! Couldn’t fault it.

The property (Pentyak, Harlyn Bay) is truly exceptional. Fantastic location and views, immaculate property and very well equipped with lots of fun extras (treehouse! trampoline - and a slide from first floor to ground floor, not to mention all the cooking equipemtn etc. Our stay was very smooth and Perfect Stays were a pleasure to deal with.
