We booked our wedding in Cyprus Paphos at Coral Residence with perfect weddings abroad and we have had the most amazing experience from start to finish.
The options we had to choose from in venues was amazing and the team explained everything in detail to allow us to make the right choice for us.

Every part of the process was explained and we were helped through every step making us both feel at ease and stress free when we were planning the wedding and starting the legal papers.

When we arrived in Cyprus we got to meet up with the lovely Jayne who walked us through everything for our wedding day and made the full day run smoothly.
Everything was so laid back making it more enjoyable and exciting for us to plan and share our ideas on how we wanted our wedding day to be.

We had the most amazing and perfect wedding day and the attention to detail was just beautiful. We can’t recommend perfect weddings abroad enough very professional and there was no waiting for any questions to be answered.

Our wedding took place on the 12th of June 2026 at Villa Fondi in Sorrento, the location was absolutely stunning and the perfect place to get married over looking the bay of Naples with Mount Vesuvius in the back ground, our wedding planner Antonella was absolutely amazing ensuring our paperwork was all correct, visiting us at our hotel, arranging all the extras and even translating for us on tge day of the wedding, both Louise and I cannot thank her enough as she made the whole experience amazing, we used Perfect weddings abroad for our holiday, car, flowers and my brides hair and makeup, they made it all seem so simple and made us feel like we were royalty, as I said previously we cannot thank Perfect weddings abroad and Antonella enough ❤️

A lovely lady named Melanie helped myself and my soon to be husband plan our dream wedding in Cyprus for next year.

Formal Complaint and Review of Perfect Weddings Abroad

I booked a holiday through Perfect Weddings Abroad to attend my friend’s wedding, with travel scheduled for 3 June 2026. The booking included myself (a bridesmaid), the bride’s daughter (maid of honour), and her friend. The holiday was booked in January 2025, with the final balance of over £5,000 paid at the end of January 2026, ahead of the February balance deadline.

Approximately two weeks before departure, I happened to check the TUI app and noticed that our room type had been changed. When I contacted Perfect Weddings Abroad, I was informed that TUI had made this change back in January and that a notification had allegedly been sent to me. However, I never received any such notification.

What was particularly concerning was that this significant room change was never mentioned when the bride contacted the company shortly afterwards to pay the balance. The room had been downgraded from a family room, accommodating 2–4 guests with three beds, to a double room with a sofa chair and an occupancy of just 1–3 guests, to which I was told it was t This was a substantial change that directly affected our accommodation arrangements.

During several discussions with Perfect Weddings Abroad, responsibility was repeatedly placed on TUI, with the company maintaining that notification had been sent. However, this did not address my primary concern: why was the room we had booked and paid for no longer available over a year after the booking was made? Unfortunately, I never received a satisfactory answer to this question.

I was advised that no alternative family rooms were available, as they had all been allocated. Left with no viable solution from Perfect Weddings Abroad, I contacted the hotel directly. Fortunately, the hotel agreed to notify me if an upgrade became available. Eventually, one did become available, but at an additional cost of £560, which we had no choice but to pay.

To make matters worse, I reviewed all correspondence received from Perfect Weddings Abroad after the final balance payment and every confirmation continued to show our original family room. The company later acknowledged this as an administrative error and offered compensation of £100 (£33 each) Given the inconvenience, stress, and additional £560 expense incurred, this compensation was disappointing. Nevertheless, we accepted the offer, intending to put it towards the upgrade cost.

The issues did not end there. I was advised that the compensation would be refunded.

After more than ten days had passed without receiving the refund, I contacted the company for an update. I was then informed that the refund had been sent to a card ending in different digits from any card belonging to me. More concerningly, I have since learned that the cardholder’s name does not match any of the passengers named on the booking.

At no point was I contacted to verify the refund destination before the payment was processed. Given that the cardholder’s name did not correspond with any individual on the booking, I would have expected a simple verification call before funds were released. Instead, the refund was sent without confirmation, creating unnecessary concern and uncertainty about where the money had been paid.

Overall, my experience with Perfect Weddings Abroad has been extremely disappointing. The handling of the room downgrade, the lack of communication, the administrative errors, and the apparent failure to verify refund details have demonstrated a concerning lack of customer care. While the wedding itself was wonderful, the service provided by Perfect Weddings Abroad fell far below what I would expect from a company specialising in destination weddings and group travel.

It is particularly disappointing because my own sister is currently planning her wedding abroad, and I had hoped to recommend the company based on my experience. Unfortunately, given the issues we encountered and the way they have been handled, I would not feel comfortable doing so.

I believe prospective customers should be aware of these issues when considering whether to book through Perfect Weddings Abroad.

We used Perfect Weddings Abroad to plan our wedding in Rhodes, Greece, and honestly, I wouldn't change a thing. We had Jade from the start, and her professionalism, friendliness, and knowledge were fantastic and reassuring. Jade listened to what we were after for our big day, did her research based on what we asked, and was on hand for any questions we had or guidance we required. The team was supportive, checking in with us right up until the concierge team took over in Greece. The planning and process were stress-free for us; we actually enjoyed the whole process of sorting the wedding until the day we actually got married. We can't thank Jade and the team enough for bringing together the perfect day we had.

Using Perfect Weddings Abroad was the best decision we made for our wedding! We were hesitant about planning a wedding abroad as we wasn't sure what to expect or how difficult it would be but from our very first consultation, our minds were put at ease and our decision was made up.
We expressed what our vision was for our wedding and they provided us with a range of different locations and venues all tailored to us. They truly took the time to understand our vision, advised us on which trusted vendors were best to use, organised the timeline of the day and brought it to life even better than we could have imagined.
The communication was flawless - we loved using their online portal, which kept all of our timelines, contracts, and conversations organized in one central place. They were always incredibly responsive (even when I asked the same questions a million times), kept us updated every step of the way, and made the entire process completely stress-free.
On the wedding day itself, their organized approach kept the entire vendor team synchronized. We were able to completely relax and enjoy every single moment without having to think about anything! Our in resort coordinator Sammie was amazing, along with the rest of the team, nothing was too much trouble and her calm, confident reassurance was exactly what was needed when planning a wedding in a different country.
If you want a planning team who listens, communicates perfectly, and delivers a dream wedding, we cannot recommend them highly enough!

Well, if you are looking for the perfect organisers for your wedding you don’t need to look any further, Perfect Weddings Abroad do exactly what it says on the tin!!
The whole process of us getting married in Cyprus looked so daunting and complicated, step in Ellie who explained everything, from what we needed legally, costs, timings and just general advice. She made us feel comfortable in the whole process, she made the planning sound uncomplicated and explained there were experts in every step to guide if ever we needed it.
So after booking PWA’s services, the hotel and holiday we had months to wait before we could start our legal paperwork. In the meantime any questions that we had were answered promptly by many people in the team who all showed their amazing and professional service.
When it came to the very daunting process of getting the legal paperwork we had support from Donna, she was great, step by step guide through each individual task. She was always there, answering promptly and giving the advice we needed. She checked every piece of paperwork to ensure that it was all correct and complete so we could confidently take it with us knowing we had everything we needed to have our special day.
The last person I’d like to mention is Jayne in Cyprus, again the communication from here before we arrived was amazing. She spoke to the hotel constantly for us, asking numerous questions and queries that we may of had, giving us the answers that we wanted. She works so well with the registrar’s and organisers at the hotels to ensure that your big day goes as smoothly as it can.
The big day, WOW…it went so smoothly, no hitch, the venue was perfect and beautiful. The flowers my wife chose which was included with the package, the bridal bouquet, the table decorations, the buttonholes and the extra flowers we ordered separately were all amazing. The photographer we had was great and the pictures were beautiful. And finally the hotel, the Athena Beach in Paphos, they were amazing. They also went above and beyond, with the help of Perfect Weddings Abroad they made our wedding day one of the best days of our lives.
With the quality of all of the above you can tell PWA do their research into the hotels and companies they use, they obviously must follow similar processes when hiring their staff, they get the best of the best.

The whole journey from booking to our special day was amazing through and through. The weather and venue were absolutely perfect and stunning, we simply couldn't have asked for anything more. We've made ever lasting memories and already planning our 1st wedding anniversary back here next year to Elounda. Everyone is so Friendly and helpful, any issues were quickly sorted so our day was special. The hotel staff went above and beyond and our wedding planner was wonderful.

Planning a wedding abroad can feel overwhelming, especially when you are trying to organise one of the biggest days of your life from another country. However, PWA made the entire process feel effortless from start to finish. Their communication throughout was fantastic. All the staff, Charlotte, Belinda and Louise our inresort coordinator (just to name a few) were reasuring and friendly. We couldn't ask for better!
They quickly answered any concern we had, which gave us complete confidence leading up to the big day.

On the wedding day itself, Louise completely took away any stress or worry. She handled everything behind the scenes so professionally that we were able to simply relax, be present in the moment and enjoy every second with our family and friends. Nothing felt rushed, nothing felt chaotic. It was just perfect from beginning to end. She genuinely cared about making our day special and that showed in absolutely everything she did.
One of the most important things for us was making sure the emotions and memories of the day were captured naturally and beautifully, and this is where our photographer, Vangalis, was absolutely exceptional! We honestly could not of asked for a better photographer. From the moment we met him, he made us feel completely comfortable and relaxed. Neither of us are particularly confident infront of a camera, but Vangalis made everything feel so natural and easy. He had such a calm and friendly presence throughout the day, and he captured every moment. He was absolutely amazing with all the children, making them laugh and his patience is second to none.
The photographers and videos we received are beyond anything we could of hoped for. The way he captured the emotions between us, our families and our guests was simply incredible.
The whole experience felt so personal and tailored to us as a couple. Every detail reflected exactly what we wanted, from the ceremony set up to the flow of the day, and we are so greatful to everyone involved for making that happen.
Many of our guests told us it was one of the best weddings they've ever attended, and honestly we feel exactly the same. Choosing to get married abroad was one of the best decisions we've ever made, and choosing Perfect Weddings Abroad, was the reason it all came together so perfectly.

We got married at Vezalis Beach in Zakynthos on the 14.05.2026, and it was honestly so perfect and the best way to celebrate with our loved ones! I cannot thank perfect weddings abroad enough, and our inresort coordinator Jayne. We got married in Cyprus and it was an absolute DREAM! All guests have complimented how perfect the day was an honestly we are in serious wedding blues now as it was so good we wish we could relive over and over again. I’d 100% recommend this company

We got married at coral beach hotel in Cyprus 5th may through perfect weddings abroad and we couldn’t recommend them enough!
The whole process has been easy from the beginning from booking our perfect venue to planning all the small details PWA think of everything and are with you through the whole process. We booked the luxury celebration package and everything was sorted for us and anything we didn’t have included PWA guided us through this too. They were so responsive getting back to us through messages on our account or via phone. We had a few issues with our legal paperwork however Donna was great and supported us through this.
The process continued when we arrived in Cyprus and we met our coordinator Louise who was just amazing! She already booked us in to get our legal paperwork completed and met with us prior to organise our big day and make sure all the little details were perfect alongside the hotel coordinator Kirsty who was also amazing! Our wedding was perfect with not one thing out of place. A lot of people commented how I was such a stress free bride purely down to PWA who made the process stress free. No regrets at all thank you so much!!

We had the best wedding day. Perfect weddings abroad were great. When we first spoke to Melanie who was amazing reassuring us and informing us about the process of a destination wedding and going through all our options. We also had good help with the legal paperwork as it can be daunting at first. We chose Grecian sands and it could not have gone better. The PWA team in Cyprus were amazing helping us with all the legal paperwork and making sure everything ran smoothly.

We recently had our wedding abroad with Perfect Weddings Abroad, and overall our day was absolutely amazing. Everything came together beautifully, and we created such special memories that will last a lifetime.

A huge thank you to Louise, our co-ordinator. From the moment we met her, she instantly put us at ease. She was professional, organised, and incredibly supportive throughout, but also so warm and friendly that it genuinely felt like we’d known her for years. Her calm nature and attention to detail made us trust her completely from the very beginning, which made such a difference during the planning and on the wedding day itself.

The only criticism I would mention is that some payments, such as hair and makeup services, were not paid in advance and had to be collected on the wedding day itself. On such a busy and emotional day, it would have been much less stressful to have everything settled beforehand.

That said, this didn’t take away from what was truly a fantastic experience overall, and we’re so grateful for all the hard work that went into making our wedding so special.
