I received a detailed and cost effective quote for the work. The work was completed within the timeframe provided to me. My watch which was showing its age now looks pristine.

In 2016 I inherited my father’s Rolex. The watch means more to me than anyone can imagine, as I’ve so many memories of my dad wearing his watch everyday. The watch was in real need of repair and service and more importantly a huge clean and polish, having never been touched since new in 1971. I found Alexandros through a friend and after much thought (due to not wanting to leave it anywhere) I asked Alex at Perpetual Time to bring the watch back to its former self. My astonishment when I took the journey up to Liverpool to see the watch in its finest state after a full service, clean and polish was overwhelming. The watch “sparkled” in every sense. I was updated on the progress of this project and felt very confident that the watch was safe and in very good hands. To update this on this - Omega Bezel fell off 6 months after this service and unfortunately was lost. Some discussion on liability (Watch is 13 years old - bezel never removed, 6 months after service/removal it fell off), however did agree to fix and replace foc, although did take a further 5 weeks and was fitted with a non-genunine bezel click.

I first approached Alex when I was looking to buy a Rolex and asked for some advice and if he could authenticate it for me. After I’d told him what I was after (my first Rolex so a big deal for me) and what my budget was he offered to sauce a watch for me. When my “very tired” Rolex 18ct Submariner arrived at Perpetual Time it was in a terrible state, after many years of daily use in a rough environment, (Africa).
The bracelet was slack, pivot pins worn in oversize guides, all generally in an embarrassing State.
After Alexandros has worked his magic, I now have a “new watch”, refurbished down to the finest detail.

I bought my Omega Seamaster new 24 years ago in 2000 and have worn it EVERY DAY since-it's an everyday watch not a special occasion watch.
I had it serviced by Omega in 2004 and 2010 and while they did a good job they were very slow. The watch was running perfectly so I have delayed servicing it because of being without it for months.
It has recently started losing a bit of time , so it was time to get it serviced.
Alexandros of Perpetual Time was highly recommended by retired "top end watch dealer" Paul Thorpe, so I knew he had to be the best otherwise Paul wouldn't have trusted him with his watches.
I was a bit apprehensive about sending my watch through the post but you send your watch to a PO Box so it is discreet and safe.
It was good to be corresponding directly with the person servicing my watch. I found Alexandros both friendly and professional and the watch was returned on time and very well packaged and very discreetly-you wouldn't know there was a watch inside the parcel!
The watch was serviced and valeted and it looks amazing-just like a brand new watch, all the scratches from 24 years of use have gone!
The watch was returned set to the correct time, and I mean the correct time right down to the second.
Competitively priced and perfect service-I'll never use Omega agents again.

I put my Rolex in for a service and polish with Alex , he done a fantastic job on my watch but when I showed him my card for my watch he noticed that it wasn’t a legitimate card and it wasn’t a authentic card it had the wrong model number on , couldn’t thank him enough for giving me the advice and help highly recommended wouldn’t never of known any difference if it wasn’t for him. 10/10 service
