My 20 year old Breitling had recently died on me which was in dire need of a battery and a service. By pure chance I stumbled upon Perpetual Time and Alex. 48 hours later he had it booked in and was beavering away on my behalf. This is the second time I’ve used perpetual time; I sent my Tag away for a repair, polish, and service, and it’s come back like new despite being over 10 years old. Good communication and great service overall.

Having had my Rolex serviced a number of times over the past 40 years usually by taking it into a dealership, who then send it to Rolex in Switzerland before adding a substantial ‘handling cost’ to the overall bill, I, this time, decided to try Perpetual Time who happen to be local to me. I dropped the watch off with Alex, having a long chat with him when it became clear how passionate and knowledgable he was about watch repairs and watches in general. The service took around 6 weeks during which time I received regular progress updates before collecting the watch along with a bag of all the parts he had replaced. Being able to talk with Alex about my watch and its general condition etc was a big bonus over sending to an anonymous person in another country. Would definitely recommend Perpetual Time particularly those looking for a personal touch

I reached out to Alexandros for some help with my Hublot Classic Fusion which had a badly scratched bezel around 2 years ago and was provided a quote. I had left this on the back burner. I recently got in touch and he kept price the same (which is rare in the current climate) he also managed to turn my watch around in the time frame I required before going abroad. Alexandros is a top professional, everything about the service from start to finish was excellent he is a true Gent and an expert in his field. Apart from having my 1991 GMT Master back on my wrist, the best part of the experience was the reassurance that, having it serviced & valeted by Alexandros 10-ish years ago, it was in such good hands.
Having watched some of his youtube vlogs I'm now spending too much time enjoying vintage watch servicing & refurbishing vlogs. Following the apparent increase in popularity of these videos it would be good to have some kind of record of amplitude, accuracy etc. with the returned watch.

Alexandros skilfully brought my much-cherished but poorly looked-after Christopher Ward C9 automatic watch back to life - it needed an internal rebuild and a thorough service. Alexandros patiently talked me through the process in detail beforehand and kept me up to date with progress as he completed the work. My watch was returned to me looking almost brand new after a polish and I’m delighted to be able to enjoy it again. Will be returning to Alexandros for a watch service when next due.

Hi Had my 2010 Rolex Sea Dweller Deep Sea 116660 serviced by Alexandros. I took and collected the watch from Alexandros's Liverpool workshop address, where I was able to park directly outside. Alexandros informed me of exactly what was involved in the overhaul process and likely timescales. After leaving the watch I found that I would be attending a memorial service where l would be meeting many ex associates, Alexandros kindly expedited the work so I got the watch back within 3 weeks and in time for the function. The watch is now imaculate and running beautifully.

I took my partner’s Rolex watch to be serviced at a watch dealers and when it came back she had problems with the watch I took it back and it kept on having the same issues I then took it to Alex and he sorted the problem out and now the watch is working perfectly and it has come back looking like a brand new watch thank you for sorting the problem and warranty amazing service I will never go anywhere else from now on thank you
