My experience with Perry Uniforms has been absolutely dreadful, and I feel compelled to warn other parents to avoid making the same mistake.

My daughter was enrolled in a school that sourced its uniforms through Perry Uniforms. Before the school opened, parents were repeatedly encouraged to order uniforms well in advance to give the company sufficient time to manufacture and deliver them. I followed these instructions and placed my order on time.

Unfortunately, the school subsequently went into administration, leaving many parents facing significant financial losses. As the uniforms can no longer be used, I contacted Perry Uniforms to request a return as an exceptional gesture of goodwill.

I made it clear that I understood their standard 14-day returns policy. However, given the extraordinary circumstances and the fact that the school no longer exists, I had hoped the company would show some flexibility and compassion towards affected families.

Instead, I have been met with excuses, unanswered emails, and repeated claims that they are waiting for instructions from a school that is no longer operating. This response has been incredibly disappointing and demonstrates a complete lack of customer care.

My advice to other parents is simple: order uniforms as late as possible so that you retain the option to return them if circumstances change. If a problem arises, do not expect Perry Uniforms to help. Based on my experience, their approach is impersonal, unhelpful, and entirely lacking in goodwill toward customers facing exceptional situations.

The customer services contacted me promptly to discuss the missing item and sorted out the issue quickly.

Prices are outrageous for the quality. £48 for an itchy synthetic jumper! Blazer style changed and arrived terribly creased. Disgraceful to charge so much for substandard products!

Easy website to use, good quality

Delivery was free and came next day. They also help with fitting, which was really helpful and also the package was easy to open and looked nice as well. The clothes itself were also really good quality. Exceptional from Perry!
