Perry Uniform Avis 

My new hockey club blazer has just arrived from Perry and I love it! I’ve been wanting one for ages - they’re very colourful and distinctive - and quite a few of my friends have them so am thrilled with it! It’s exquisitely tailored and fits perfectly. A very satisfied customer.

From customer service to directions on online purchase is excellent

Fast delivery and good quality overall. My only constructive feedback is on sizing: figuring out the right size for each item is far more complicated than it needs to be. Between ages, inches, chest and waist measurements, it can be quite confusing for parents. A simpler, more standardised size guide would make the ordering experience much easier. Other than that, a very positive experience.

It has been a pleasure to interact with a company that values and provides excellent customer service - I have needed help with my password, accessing their site, exchanging uniform and minor enquiries. Every person I have spoken with has been helpful, polite and resolved each issue immediately. The uniform is great quality and arrives promptly. Ordered sports shorts for school uniform. Got a smaller size delivered. When ordering the shorts, they ask for waist size. But, when they deliver the product, we see the age mentioned on the shorts. If the kid is slim and tall, our order goes terribly wrong. Hence, request is to include age while ordering

Hi - The quality of the uniform is outstanding - however, the sizing for the man’s product is not consistent
I ordered size 9-12 rugby socks ( the largest you do) yet they appear super small
I also ordered the same size rugby and tech shirts - the rugby shirt fitted perfectly however the tech shirt has been returned and will have to be replaced with a smaller size!
How is this possible when the chest sizes are measured in inches

I found having to register the details of the child annoying, with any other outfitter you can just buy what is required without all this fuss

I'm giving 3 stars, because the quality of clothing is average to poor and the prices are extremely high - in some cases five times as much as other uniform providers, for the same thing. (£42 for a tiny 4-year-old's summer dress is extortionate)

The cotton jumpers shrunk reasonably quickly in the wash and the summer dress button fell off after one wash. The v-neck knitted jumpers held up a little better, but I still don't think the quality anywhere near justifies the price.

However I'm giving a couple of stars as the customer service was good (although not excellent), and delivery was prompt.

Poor quality clothes. Order took ages to be delivered and customer communication very bad Our daughter’s school switched supplier and it has been much better. Sad we still have to use Perry for our son’s school.
