Payed for a framed picture been two weeks.said it take two days.wont reply to emails.Scam avoid!!!

Extremely disappointed with the service received!

I placed my order on 15th October, choosing the only advertised delivery “Express 1–2 Working Days delivery”, as this was intended to be a birthday present for Monday 26th October.

I received the proof on the 15th and approved it for printing that very same evening, so there was absolutely no delay on my part.

Despite advertising express delivery, my order wasn't even dispatched until 8 working days later, completely defeating the purpose of paying for an express service.

To make matters worse, the Royal Mail label clearly states "Post by the end of 27.10.2026", meaning the parcel wasn't even prepared for posting until AFTER the birthday it was intended for!

The item finally arrived today, 28th October – 13 days after ordering and two days too late for the birthday!

Advertising 1–2 working day delivery when it takes 8 working days just to dispatch an order is incredibly misleading. If personalised items require additional production time, this should be made absolutely clear to customers before ordering.

What should have been a lovely, personalised birthday gift turned into a complete disappointment.

I would not recommend ordering from this company if you need something for a specific date. The lack of transparency around processing and delivery times is unacceptable.

I ordered the print before reading the reviews, so I was really surprised when it was delivered a week after ordering. Really nice quality; I'm sure my son's going to love it.

Framed photo arrived within days of ordering. Delighted with it!
Digital copy was received within minutes too.

I seen this and thought it would be rubbish but I decided to try anyway and I.m so glad I did i tried my dog first and it came this morning absolutely gorgeous I was so impressed I.ve now done my daughter 1 for dog well done xx

Promised an instant digital copy and surprise surprise nothing came through on email. This feels like a scam

After ordering framed picture of daughters dog,read reviews,mixed comments.whilst there was a delay have received today,via Royal Mail,and delighted with picture and quality frame

Wow ... I had a problem (see below) but am delighted it has now been resolved in a matter of hours. Equally delighted to say that I am so pleased with the product. My faith in this Company is now restored.

I order and paid for customised, electronic, dog print to be delivered 'immediately', by email, but even after waiting the 20 minutes at the most suggested, it still has not arrived. Tried contacting them, but 'The Shop' is "not available".
Anybody know how to resolve this complaint please?

No physical print after 3 weeks. Went to chase up website is down and no response from seller. Luckily I paid by credit card so a charge back has been started

Excellent service from Hannah. Always answered my queries promptly. I was dubious about ordering due to the bad reviews but I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received. Love my photo.

I received a digital print within 24 hours, still waiting for the actual framed print. I have only just read the reviews for this company - I wish I had read them before. Their website has been taken down and my emails are not being replied to. Please don't waste your hard earned money on this company - dreadful way to treat people!

Shocking ‘customer service’. I have been waiting almost 1 month for my items with no communication, other than e-mails that take days to receive telling me nothing. 1 of 3 items was delivered after 4 weeks, I’m still awaiting the other 2 and the company is now suggesting they may cancel my pint glass. Absolutely terrible experience - sure you can find this type of stuff elsewhere and save your money and time.

Says 1-2 days delivery absolute lie, been 3 weeks still no delivery.

The photo sent was excellent quality but was shown in a frame which I didn't get. Only the glossy picture for £18. Wont be ordering again.

I am over the moon with my portrait of my beautiful cat,service was pretty quick about a week.
Would definitely recommend to others. 5 stars.

Ordered placed in March for a Fathers Day gift required in 5 weeks. Contacted them 2 weeks later to find out what was happening to be told Royal Mail had delivered it all ready. I advise this was incorrect and had not received anything at all to which my emails are now being ignored. So all in all, I've no print, no refund and no contact from the company. Terrible experience all round - don't waste your time or money with this.

So disappointed. Place order on 7 June, approved the proof on the 8th, it arrived very damaged on 19th. It was going to be a Fathers Day gift so now I was left with finding an alternative between 12pm and the shops closing.
I emailed and was told I won’t be getting a refund, just a replacement. What a waste of time and effort.

Great customer communication. Hannah replied to every enquiry. My Artwork was worth waiting for. It is fantastic. Great work
