This company needs to be stopped. I have just read some of the reviews from this company where customers never received the merchandise. I DID NOT RECEIVE THE ORDER I PLACED. This is terrible

Sadly I waited and they supposedly delivered 5 days ago and they say it's not their problem. Gave a bogas secondary tracking number that goes no where. Do not by from this company. Order number 28879M505273 Jan 5 order date I did receive my order 7 days after they said it was delivered. Product was a complete failure to do what it said it would do. Supposed to work on any surface and it failed miserably.

They never delivered the item, they said they did, but I did not received any. Still worst I asked them to show proof of delivery and they have none. I asked then to check my locationo delivery GPS at least to see if a driver was nearby my house and they have nothing. Bottom line, they kept the money and I got no item, they only gave me a tracking number that means nothing to me.

I don't like them at all. I made a purchase, they put some extra charges on it, so I cancelled it right away. They still sent me the product but reimbursed me some charges. I told them I don't want it, take it back, why on earth they even sent me if I cancelled it. They started negotiating, offering a ridiculously few $. I got tired of it, I tried the product it's not even working!
Highly not recommended!!!

Ordered the product 3 months ago the company says it's still shipping. Company refuses to give me a refund. I would not recommend this company or product to anyone.

This company is a total scam. I ordered a cell phone holder for the car. First, I checked out and noticed they added a shipping charge after my purchase without disclosing. When I received the item, it looked nothing like the photos and videos. Worst of all, it didn’t even work. When I emailed customer service they offered me $2! I paid $35 for this product not even worth two cents. I kept escalating it but they kept coming back saying the best they could do was increase my credit to $5. Truly insulting. Never buy from this company. They are horrendous.

If I could give this company a zero rating I would. This company is a joke. They will only answer you when it is convenient for them. I accidentally purchased a phone case and reached out to them immediately to cancel the order. The only thing I get back are cricket sounds. Emailed again the next day to get more crickets. Then I get an email back saying oh sorry your order has shipped and can’t be cancelled. That I was to wait for the case to arrive and I’ll love it. Well I don’t and now I can’t even return the damn thing. I paid for shipping and now they want me to pay for shipping to return it. I never wanted it! Oh wait they are offering me to keep the case and they will give me $3.00. Talk about a joke.

This company processed my order twice. I immediately sent email requesting cancellation of one. No response. Then, notification that two orders were shipping. I am sad that I didn't check their reviews. I am SICK and tired of SCAM companies. I am calling my bank to dispute. I sent email telling them to cancel both order and issue RA as I refuse to support companies that are not in integrity.

My card was used without my permission. I sent an email to cancel within seconds of the order being placed. They responded 48 hours AFTER my email saying it had been shipped, and could not be canceled. The package itself shows it was shipped DAYS after the order was placed.

I placed an order for this popular eyeliner that is always “out of stock”. I placed the order on 8/6/2025, my cc was charged. I’m holding off payment until I actually receive it. Today is 9/14, still waiting. I filed a dispute with my cc. Payment will not be made until I receive it. The tracking said it started in Denmark, now it’s sitting in Atlanta, GA. Reputable companies would create another order & send another at no extra charge. Never again.

The fittings I ordered and received are junk. They won't even come apart to install them. I contacted their Customer Service to send them back and was even more dissatisfied with them than the actual product. They offered me a $1 dollar refund, when I paid almost $50. Then when I wanted to return them they said their company is in China and MY cost to return them would be expensive. This was after several communications back and forth with Peshoriadm. I would have given them 0 stars but the system didn't allow that so they got 1 star - avoid this company.

The product that I ordered is a crystal bluebird ornament. I have pictures but do not know how to download them. There is nothing Crystal about it. What I received was a flat piece of plastic with a picture of a bluebird on it. I am very disappointed that I paid $15 for a piece of plastic. I ordered more than one so I could give it as a gift. I did contact the company and they will not refund my money. They offered $2. Are you kidding? That tells me it was only worth $2. Very disappointed in this company and not having good customer service. This company is a rip-off! This is their wording on their advertisement which does not match what you get- Crystal Sky Bluebird -
